Confusing Feelings

students were arriving for the vytal festival some being happy and cheery others more calm and collected like jack said i told everybody yang was doing a favor for him which could take a while we met sun wukong who was a intresting guy and his friend neptune who seemed to have attracted weiss attention they were getting along while but for some reason jaune did not like him me and the remainder off my team went on a mission professor ozpin bended the rules a bit allowing me weiss and blake to take a more advanced mission compared to the other first years

we were gone for a day atleast we learned about a adobanded city a underground city and some new grimm we also had stopped the white fang kinda they managed to use a old train rail and a train filled with bombs to lure grimm into the city which every student in beacon helped take care off the grimm i got to see the second year team in action coco was awesome once we were back at beacon i was hanging out with jaune as i would ask him "have you seen jack or kyle?" i had seen neither off them i whispered it because off jacks the wall has ears comment 

jaune would say "why are you whispering anyway kyle disepeared like 2 or 3 days ago i asked jack to look for him im not sure when they will be back" i would nod and respond with "well jack said the wall has ears im not sure what he means but im just being extra carefull ya know" jaune would respond with "oh that is probaly because off professor ozpin asking kyle to be security by using his semblance allowing him to turn into shadows and travel around them allowing him to reach areas faster then jack can" i would now understand it but it seems like jack did not like the idea of kyle also being security

which made sense he was doing it for 5 years now your father suddenly accepting somebody else without telling you first can come over like you don't trust that person anymore which can hurt allot coming off your own father which would explain why he was acting kinda sad when i was hanging out with him as jaune would say "anyway i got my mission now ruby see you later" i nod and wave jaune bye as i got up not sure what i wanted to do but i decide to go back to my dorm where blake was reading a book as weiss would ask me "hey ruby which dress looks better left or right?" 

i would respond with "um right?" weiss would say "allright going with left then" i would ask "why are you trying to pick a dress weiss?" she would turn around and say "oh for the dance right before the vytal festival the school host a dance for all the students to dance together" i would groan i was not a dancing type off girl as blake would say "weiss hopes neptune will ask her what about you ruby are you hoping jaune will ask you" i would respond with "hold up first off all me and jaune are besties so he would not ask me it would look weird"  weiss would say

"what about jack then?" i would turn slightly red and shout "come on you 2! we are not like that  either sure he nice and calm and probaly knows how to dance but i doubt he would ask me come on me little ruby rose  there are so many more girls to ask ahahah" i decide to leave the room to calm down it was for the better that nobody would ask me to dance you would be the laugh off all the academies asking the girl to the dance who can't even dance and there were really much better options i was not hot like yang or stylefull like weiss even blake was better

i would bump into somebody as i would say "o-oh sorry i was not looking where i was going" i look at the person and it was jack as i could feel my heartbeat increase as i would try to calm down me and him are just friends blake and weiss are just putting thoughts into my head i could hear jack say "hey ruby i want to ask you something but its important i can't do it without you" i would turn red and hide my face under my hood as i would stutter "y-yes w-what i-is i-it jack" jack would grab me by the arm and take me somewhere else causing me to turn even more red

i hear a door close as jack says "allright now we are alone" my heart was beating so fast it felt like it was gonna burst out off my chest was he really gonna ask me to the dance or was he gonna ask me to help him organise it i don't even know how to organise a big dance party i would peak from my hood staring jack directly into his eyes as he would say "ruby i found yang i just need your help with getting her back it's complicated but i got sun on this idea also but aside him only you can help her ruby.." i would be speechless going back to a serious mode and nod

"bring me to her jack..." he would respond with "tomorrow or in 2 days ima let you mentally prepare first and i still gotta look for kyle just stay strong ruby..." and with that jack would leave as i place a hand over my chest and say "don't worry yang im coming to help you.."
