Kat and Jaune ride in the Warthog until the reach the communication tower. The comms are surrounded by steel beams and hut like buildings.
One there they begin to search the area for a generator to power the comms array. Jaune drives like a madman, trying his hardest to find the generator. Kat simply moves down any Covenant forces unlucky enough for her to target with the machine gun.
Kat stays behind manning the gun to provide fire support for Jaune while he gets out to search for a generator. Sprinting as fast as he can, Jaune uses his shield to block Covenant fire, not that there is much, seeing as they are pinned down in cover by Kat.
Soon the generator appears on his hud and he dashes towards it. Jaune turns it on and immediately runs for the comms array. Not a lot of firepower greets him, only two surviving grunts and an Elite. Jaune lunges at the Elite and stabs through the alien, using his shield to not be skewered. The grunts flee in terror. One makes a comment that he crapped himself in fear. They were no challenge in melee. Jaune soon activates the comms array and together with Kat's withering fire, the out the last remaining Covenant forces.
Jaune and Kat soon drive to sword base to link up with the rest of Noble team. They approach the entrance to see that its locked. Jaune hoops out and unlocks the entrance with the keypad outside. One past the gate Kat and Jaune discover more Covenant forces. Jaune now pulls his MA5K carbine and blasts the Elites with well timed burst of fire. One without a leader to lead them the grunts and Jackals fall back, but its useless. Jaune realists what they are doing and rushes forward with Crocea Mors and kills them all in melee.
Jaune and Kat rush forward to fine a pair of Hunters guarding another entrance. Kat and Jaune start focus firing the the closest at the vulnerable point at its head. It covers it up with a shield like arm. It fires a blast which Kat and Jaune dodge. The Hunter lowers its arm and immediately dies. The other Hunter, enraged, charges, but is unsuccessful as Jaune simply rolls out of the way and stabs the weak point on its back.
Jaune and Kat soon move to an elevator where Jaune presses the correct button to move to the security office.
