I checked out and went to my car. I put the bag in the back and turned on the car.
"Guess who I just ran into," I said
"Who?" Noah asked
"Kaia," I said
"What!" he said
"Yeah," I told him
"What did y'all say to each other?" He asked
"Well we talked about the situation, she says to tell you she's sorry and didn't like the way things were handled. She also said that if you want she is willing to talk," I told him
"Wow," Noah sat there in silence
"This is fate," he spoke all the sudden
"Why?" I asked
"Think about it, we're in Florida for vacation so is she. You see her all of a sudden in the store. She then says she's willing to talk it out. That can't be just a coincidence. it was meant to happen" Noah told me
"That does make a lot of sense," I said
"Exactly," He said
𝚔𝚊𝚒𝚊'𝚜 𝙿𝙾𝚅
I loaded all the bags into the trunk. I couldn't stop thinking about what just happened. That's a 1 in a million chance that I see my ex-boyfriend's brother in the store. On top of that, we just happened to be in the same area on vacation. This has to be a sign of fate. When I got back to the house I brought everything in, and I put all the food away. I went up to my room to unpack all of my things. After I finished unpacking I set rivers food and water.
Stella came into my room and sat on the bed.
"How are you?" She asked
"I'm fine why?" I said
"Well I mean you just dumped the guy you said you were practically in love with, you haven't exactly talked about it at all," She said
"I'm fine," I told her
"You can say that all you want, but you know you're not all the way fine," She said
"Something happened while I was at the store," I said
"What?" Stella asked
"I saw Noah's brother, and I told him if he sees Noah anytime soon I'm willing to talk. I feel like I made the right decision but I don't know." I told her
"I can't say whether you made the right decision or not because that's up to you, but whatever you feel is right you go for," Stella told me giving me a hug
"Do you think he will talk to me?" I asked
"The way that boy looks at you and treats you, he will be so happy to know that you want to make things good again," she told me
"Maybe tomorrow I'll set something up," I said
"I think you should," she said
"Why don't we order pizza and do an outdoor movie night in the pool?" I asked
"hell ya," Stella said
"Everyone get your bathing suits on" I announced around the house
I ordered 2 medium pizzas one with everything on it, and one with just sausage and pepperoni. I also got a few liter bottles of soda. I got dressed in a simple light purple 2 piece bathing suit. I slipped on my shoes and went downstairs to set up.
I went out to the pool and turned the lights on. I dropped down the movie screen and turned on the projector. I set the food up on the table and got the seats ready. I went back in and grabbed cups and plates.
30 mins later
The pizza arrived. I paid the delivery person and tipped. I set the food outside and put some floats in the pool. Everyone came outside and we chose a movie. We decided on the Little Mermaid 1989 version. I turned the volume up and sat down in the pool.

We watched a few movies till everyone started to get tired. We cleaned everything up and went to bed. I put in a tank top and a pair of shorts. I put my phone on the charger and drifted off to sleep.
