Script 3: Drama and Injury

Ever since Yunjin came back, it wasn't that easy for her. She's only been gone for a year and a half and she expected people to still remember what happened between her and Chaewon before.

Of course everyone wouldn't forget about it. Not when Chaewon stayed in their school, continuing her life after Yunjin left. Yunjin was forced to go back to the states because of the things she did in the academy.

Yes, it reached her parents. Her "fight" and misunderstanding with Chaewon was reported to her parents. It's not like Yunjin wasn't prepared for the consequences, she was just not prepared to be sent back to New York because of it.

Now that she's back, she tries to hide and have a lowkey life. Unlike before where people knew what she was up to every day. Everyone knew where she came from, that she was a trained opera singer in New York and that she and Chaewon never got along well.

In the first semester after she came back, she was doing quite great with hiding. She would miss some minor classes and just take them online just so she could hide from students she used to know. But she can't keep hiding forever.

Which is why when she and her friends performed in their academy's event just two months ago, Yunjin had to reveal that she was back. That she was once again studying there. She didn't want to hide anymore.

She didn't expect people to be praising her, not as much as she expected them to still be looking at her like she did the worst thing imaginable even if she was already cleared of everything before she even left the country.

Brushing the thoughts out of her head, she remembered how she and Chaewon kind of argued in their shared gym class almost a week ago. How Chaewon treated her more badly than when she treated her back then.

Yunjin wanted nothing but to ignore Kim Chaewon for the whole year, they just had to share a few classes together.. And Chaewon just had to pick a fight with her.

She sighs as she remembers it.

But she had an early band practice with her friends so she had to let those thoughts drift away quickly so that she can practice with her friends properly.

Yunjin would never let those thoughts flood her mind. She'll do just fine without thinking about the people around her, about Chaewon and about the theater club that she missed dearly.

Yunjin would never tell Chaewon but she watched all of their performances from the very first until the recent one.

She doesn't think she'll even have a chance to, anyway.

As soon as Yunjin arrived at the classroom she and her friends use as a clubroom, Ryujin greeted her by wrapping an arm around her.

"Look who's here! Our precious little Yunny." Yujin teased and Ryujin chuckled.

Yunjin rolls her eyes at them, taking off her bag as she smiles.

"You're early." Minjeong said while fixing her electric guitar. Checking the strings, not even sparing Yunjin a glance.

"I'm always early." Yunjin dropped her bag at a nearby table and Ryujin finally moved away from her. "Where's Minji?"

Kim Minji was another member of their band "oblivion". She was one of the people who were very excited about the idea.

It was Yunjin who told them she wanted to create a band or be in a band if there were any. So they created it as soon as she came back.

A year and a half ago, the band was just merely a thought at the back of Yunjin's head. She didn't really think they'd be able to actually form it, not after what happened and after she left to go back to New York of course.
