Chaewon doesn't remember what happened before she passed out. All she remembers was that she was with Jongseong and they were walking around the area.
He offered to buy her a drink and she may have drank too much that she just straight up blacked out after.
At least she remembers that part ...
She drank too much and why?
Chaewon remembers that each time the alcohol would reach her tongue, the moment she would down everything, her thoughts would be flooded with Huh Yunjin.
The moments when she'd be with Yunjin inside her room would fill her thoughts. Yunjin's back leaning against her bed. Yunjin playing with her carpet.
Yunjin helping her out of the car, Yunjin letting her sleep in her bed, Yunjin holding her gently on stage, Yunjin softly talking to her, Yunjin-
And she would keep downing her drink in hopes that Huh Yunjin would leave her mind.
There was something about her own actions that led to this point. It wasn't only Huh Yunjin.
She can blame Sieun as much as she wants. She was the one who pointed out the way Yunjin acted. She was the one who made Chaewon aware.
She shouldn't have said anything.
Chaewon clicks her tongue as she rolls around the bed. The sun was shining through the window and Chaewon already knew it was late.
"Chaewon, don't you want to eat something?" She hears Sakura's voice somewhere around the room. She hears rustling on the other bed beside her. She groans, "My head hurts."
Sakura laughs, "Of course it hurts. Jongseong said you kept drinking till you dropped."
Upon hearing Jongseong's name, Chaewon couldn't help but scoff, "Where's that asshole anyway? He was the one giving me drinks! Didn't even tell me to stop."
She still had both of her eyes closed, the only comfort that she was feeling was the blanket that was currently surrounding her and the pillows that she was hugging. Her head hurt like never before.
Maybe blaming Jongseong wasn't so nice. She was the one who kept drinking after all.
"Hey, you should be thankful. Without him, you wouldn't be sleeping on that bed. Who knows, maybe you would have woken up somewhere on the streets if it wasn't for him." Chaewon scoffs again.
She'll thank him. Maybe later.
"Where did you two even go?" This time she heard Wonyoung's voice and it was closer to her than Sakura's voice. She must be the one rustling on the other bed beside Chaewon's.
"We just walked around." She mumbles against the pillows, "I don't even remember where we went."
"Jongseong is definitely better than me, I would have left your drunk ass."
Chaewon flips Wonyoung off; she doesn't even know if she is facing the right direction. Hearing both Wonyoung and Sakura laugh was enough for her to know that she was facing the right way.
"Come on, get up. You have to eat something at least before we give you medicine." It was Wonyoung, tapping her arm and pulling her out of the bed.
Chaewon frowned and clicked her tongue, "I'll be fine!"
But Sakura didn't have any of it. The older girl walked up to her and pulled her whole body out of the bed, finally forcing Chaewon to open her eyes and support her own weight. "You have to deal with the consequences of your actions, now come on."
