I tied Daniel's shoes before picking him up,I took him downstairs gently placing him on the couch.I grabbed my purse that I always use,swinging it over my shoulder

"Okay come on babe" I say while carrying Daniel again,I picked up my keys before heading out the door."we're gonna go shopping yay"

"Yay" Daniel repeated while trying to clap his hands,I laughed as I made it to my car.I opened the backseat first to put Daniel in his baby seat that's behind the passenger seat

After,I got into the driver's seat before starting the car I drove off the small driveway I had into the street.I kept glancing at Daniel through the review to make sure he's okay

I never bought Daniel a tablet or anything not cause I can't afford it but because I didn't want the internet to eat up my boy's brain and there's things that are inappropriate creeping it's way into the kid's media

I want him to be a kid,go outside and play or play with toys.The tv is when it's a reward if he behaves,I don't care about any other parent's opinion

I parked in the parking lot,I sighed before turning to Daniel who was staring at the sky outside the window.I smirked

"Ready for shopping Danny?" I say in a high pitch tone,he smiled while nodding.I stepped out the car while holding my purse

I placed it back on my shoulder as I walked to the other side for Daniel,I opened the backseat before taking Daniel out his seat and carrying him against my chest

I locked my car while walking towards the mall,some people smiled at us since we were matching.I always loved getting us matching clothing,I found it cute

We walked in,it wasn't too crowded which was perfect for us.I found a car stroller nearby,I dramatically gasped while pointing at it

"Look Daniel,do you wanna drive?" I asked him

"Please" he whined,I always been teaching him manners cause I didn't want to have a disrespectful boy

I bend down to place him in the car before using the hands to push him around as he played with the toy steering wheel

TIME SKIP

I went into a couple of stores and picked up some clothes for me and Daniel,I begin walking seeing footlocker

Daniel always smiled every time he sees his clean shoes,his uncles got him into them.I took us into the store and immediately fell in love with the shoes I've seen up on the wall

"Look honey" I told him as he kept pointing at the shoes "aren't they nice?"

"Wow" he mumbled,I laughed on how cute he is

"Hey,are you looking for anything particular?" I heard behind me.

I turned seeing a employee since he had the black and white striped shirt along with his name tag around his neck

"Oh we're just looking" I said,he softly smiled while nodding.he gazed down onto Daniel who was staring at him back

"Cute kid.Is he yours?" He asked as he slid his hands in his pockets

"Oh thanks,yeah he's mine" I replied as I noticed his features.he's pretty..real pretty

"He looks like you" he smiled,I raised a brow

Daniel gets that a lot thankfully,his father wasn't the best looking but he was decent.I think the manipulation is what draw me into him

"Mama" Daniel called,I look seeing him holding one of the shoes near him.They were clean and nice,appropriate for him

"You like this one?" I asked causing him to nod before he placed his chubby fingers into his mouth "no don't do that mijo"

"Mijo? You know Spanish?" The employee asked

"Oh yeah I do,I'm guessing you do too?" I say with a confused expression,he nodded with a soft chuckle

"Yeah I'm mexican" he stated making me smirk,I loved how he styled his hair.It was in a neat bun and he smelled..honestly delicious

"Uh do you have this in a size 5 for infants?" I asked after taking the shoe from Daniel

"Oh yeah I'll go check the back for you" he says with a smile,he took the shoe before going to the back as I stood there with Daniel

Later,he came out with a box "here they are.I can ring you out if you'll like?" He spoke

"Yeah that'll be fine" I said before he walked to the register while I pushed daniel's car stroller over,I turned seeing Daniel randomly smile making me do the same

"I've actually seen you guys here before,you always get cool shoes for the little guy" he says as he rang me up,I chuckled

"Yeah the uncles love seeing him wear those type of shoes" I say as I opened my purse up to grab my wallet,he laughs

"What about the dad?" He asked,I pressed my lips together.I obviously couldn't get annoyed cause he's a stranger just asking a question

"He's not in the picture" I told him,his eyes soften

"Oh I'm sorry" he muttered,I shook my head giving him a reassuring smile "well it's his loss to not wanting a beautiful family"

My throat tighten "you're charming" I say in a lower voice,he raised his eyebrows

"Not all the time" he said with a smirk

"It's gonna be 24.86" he says as I pulled out my card to insert it,I felt eyes on me while doing so and I knew it was the employee but I shrugged it off

I put my card back in my wallet while he placed the box into a bag "hope to see you around more" he spoke,I took the bag after placing my wallet back in my purse

I glance at his name tag "thanks for the help miguel" I said before pushing the car stroller with Daniel out the store
