I sprayed onto the table before wiping it down,I wanted to clean up the house and just because I was in the mood for it.I threw out the paper towel after I finished
I put the spray where it belongs before hearing the front door open,I looked over concerned who's here.I sighed out of relief seeing my big brothers
"Hey chica" Carlos spoke "it's been a while",I chuckled
"Hey guys" I greet while walking over to them
"Where's my kid" josh says,I raised a brow as I crossed my arms "no hi to your sister?" I said
"Hi.Where's my child" he jokes,Carlos snorted.I rolled my eyes
"He's upstairs in the tub,he's playing with his boat" I told him
"I missed that little kid,we've been busy with work and stuff" Carlos says,I squint my eyes at them "no really we were-tell her josh"
He nudged him,josh cleared his throat "we went to a lot of parties out of town" josh blurted,I gasped as Carlos face palmed
"I can't lie to her,she has that power over me-poor Daniel" he says shaking his head,I smirked
"So a little birdie told me,you and el mexicano kissed" Carlos says while wiggling his eyebrows,I dropped my jaw "how do you know about that??" I said
"Lexi and I talk a lot" josh shrugs,I scoffed "just ask the girl out" I told him
"We're just friends-
Carlos laughed earning a side eye from his brother "Ay dios,tell y/n how you guys talk everyday on the phone for hours"
"Snitch!" Josh blurted "she's funny" he turns to me,I slightly cackled,they both walked over to the couch and sat next to one another.I sat beside josh facing them both
"She really is" I muttered "but yes we kissed and I really,really like him.he's super sweet and very attractive"
The brothers shared a look "when I met him,he seemed hella cool.I guess I approve" josh says
"Same here chica" Carlos spoke,I smiled as I began fidgeting with my rings
"Really?" I say with a light smile,they both nodded "aw thank you guys" I opened my arms
Carlos rolled his eyes as josh didn't hesitate to fall into my arms,he rubbed my back before pulling away.I smiled at him as he returned it
Josh was the brother that's overprotective and doesn't mind listening to me rant,he knows what the three of us went through.Especially me with leandro,he blames himself for not getting me out of that situation sooner
He's always making sure I'm laughing or smiling,he does whatever he can to make sure I'm mentally stable.he feels my pain somehow and I'm thankfully blessed for him
Carlos,being the oldest and more nonchalant.He's way more overprotective than josh,he doesn't care who the person is.he doesn't like so speak on what he feels and that's something I got from him which isn't a good thing
He does do everything he can for me,he hates seeing me in a mood.He always reminds me that I can call him if I need money but a heart to heart conversation,I call josh
"I'm gonna go check on Daniel,he's gonna freak when he sees you guys" I say before standing up
"You got any food in the fridge?" Josh asks,I chuckled knowing they love food
"Your favorite is in the oven" I told him,his eyes widen as he snapped his neck towards Carlos
"Wait you cooked what now?" Carlos says now sitting up,I nodded before they both looked at each other again then jumped up to the kitchen
I smiled after turning to the stairs and walking up,I peeked my head in the bathroom seeing Daniel talking to himself as he dragged his favorite boat through the water
"Hey honey,guess who's here?" I spoke while bending down onto my knees near the tub.he lift his head to look at me
"Lexi" he says,I shook my head causing him to gasp "miguel" I shook my head once again.his little eyebrows knitted together as he just stared at me
"Tio josh y Carlos" I say while grinning,he dramatically gasped
"See them?" He says,I automatically knew he was trying to say that he wanted to see them
"Yes baby but you need to finish your bath" I tell him,he nods as I grabbed the little bowl that was filled with water
I covered the front of his head to avoid water going down his face and into his eyes,I rinsed out the shampoo out his hair that was growing so fast
Finally,I wrapped Daniel in a towel after drying him then taking him into our bedroom.I placed him on his feet on my bed as he just stood there waiting for me to dress him up
I had cute pajamas laid out for him,he held onto my shoulder while putting his leg one by one into his pants.
I rolled the shirt down before picking him up,I carefully took us downstairs hearing laughter in the kitchen.
I slightly gasp "who's that?" I say to Daniel as we walked over,Daniel smiled seeing his uncles
"Heyyyy" josh says stopping his chewing,Carlos raised his eyebrows while taking another bite.Josh wiped his mouth off the napkin before reaching his arms out
Daniel immediately did the same,I slowly passed him over to josh "hey mijo" josh greeted him.Daniel just looked at him with such joy in his big eyes
Josh ruffled Daniel's fluffy hair "wow your hair is growing like your moms" he joked
"Right? I love it,he looks so cute especially when it's messy in the morning" I say
"So Lexi also told me that um..Leandro showed up while you guys were out?" Josh says now looking at me,I slowly nodded
"Yeah miguel immediately took me home" i muttered
"I like that guy" Carlos says while taking bites and nodding,I chuckled
"I'll kill that..joker" he states while side eyeing his nephew who was also staring at him then smiling since Carlos mouth was stained with sauce
I grinned at the view of the uncles
Another one?? The fact the last one and this one was done in school between classes is crazy to me
The brothers are honestly my favorites besides Lexi and Daniel
