Y/N POV

"Are you sure?" I asked now facing him,he swiped his tongue across his lips with his head tilted "I'm positive y/n" he replied

"Mikey I haven't been in a relationship for a while-

He came forward,picking up my hands as he held them in his "and that's okay.All I care about is calling you mine and us being together" he stated

"But Daniel-

"I won't hesitate to call him my own" he interrupted,my chest tighten.The thought of Miguel saying Daniel's his seems so peaceful

I sighed as I face palmed "please y/n,let me be more than a friend-it hurts to even be called that from you" he begged

"Please" he whispered as he placed my hands around his neck before pulling me closer by my waist,he stared at me with those eyes that were dilated.

His eyebrows were formed as if he was sad but it's with the begging,hoping I say yes.

I ran my fingers through his hair while admiring his features,I lightly smiled loving how he wants to be with me badly.

He glanced at my lips then back into my eyes,I slowly nodded "okay" I spoke having him taken back "you can be my boyfriend"

He grinned before crashing his lips onto mine,we both let out a small cackle against each other's lips "hey hey hey hey! We don't do that" Josh says with Daniel in his arms

I raised my eyebrows as I laughed,Miguel wiped the corner of his mouth while looking at Josh.Everything he did always made me weak in the knees for some reason

"Sorry that I can't kiss my boyfriend in peace" I said earring a look from Miguel,Josh's eyebrows quickly knitted

"What?" He spoke,I gave him a look making his eyes widen "shut up" Miguel smirked "well finally!"

We giggled before Josh walked over to Miguel and used his free hand for a handshake "welcome to the family hermano" he says

Miguel nodded "thank you man"

TIME SKIP

Josh and Carlos decided to have a full on conversation with Miguel,I kept hearing laughter and them getting louder from upstairs.

I slid the pants back up on Daniel's legs since I changed his diaper,my laptop which was open,dinged when I gotten an email

It was probably from work or the online sites I use to do shopping from,I glanced up before taking a double look seeing it wasn't that.

I then picked up Daniel,holding the back of his head closing to my jaw as I walked over.i pulled the laptop closer to me

"Mama" daniel muttered

"Hold on baby" I say lowering my voice as I clicked the email,I slowly read word by word.I slightly gasped covering my mouth now realizing who this is

Leandro gotten my email..how? Why?

"You meet with me tomorrow or I'll take daniel myself and be the father I want to be.I will find you wherever you go y/n you can't hide from me and I'll stomp that mexican of yours if he tries to get between us"

"Mikey!" I raised my voice "Carlos!" I heard multiple running footsteps come up the stairs then stopping by my door,they bust through it

"You okay?" Josh quickly asked,I pointed to my screen "look" I said

Miguel and my brothers picked up the laptop,having it in the middle of them so they can read it together "you gotta be shitting me" Carlos mutters under his breath

"How did he find your email?" Miguel asked,I shrugged while caressing the back of Daniel's hair

"That sick fucker" Miguel mumbled before taking the computer and clicking a few buttons,I watched his jaw clenched as he seemed so focused what was on this screen

"I'll kill that asshole if he thinks he can come near you " Carlos spoke,I shot him a glare "sorry I'll give the..villain a boo boo"

Josh shook his head "so what are we gonna do?" Miguel chuckled

"I don't know about you guys but I'm gonna find him" Miguel stated,we all looked at him

"What? Mikey no-

"We can't let him threaten you like this" he spoke

"he's right" Carlos said,I narrowed my eyes at him "chica he's putting you and Danny in danger,I'm not letting that happen"

"Hermana" Josh says as he past Carlos to get closer "we gotta do something,we can get the police involved and they'll handle it"

"What are you? A wimp? We're not getting those dicks involved" Carlos snapped

"Carlos they're helping y/n,they not gonna take you back-

"I don't care,me and miguel will handle it if we got to" Carlos says patting Miguel's back,I groaned

"No you both aren't doing anything,that's it" I spoke "please leave miguel and I alone to talk"

Carlos rolled his eyes before storming out,josh gave me a sympathetic look before following his older brother

Miguel placed the laptop back on the bed "y/n we have to do something about this" I sighed as I laid daniel on my side of the bed

He quickly laid in his stomach zoned out to the picture of me,Josh and Carlos with our mom.

"Mikey I think josh is right,I could just call the cops and get a restraining order" I say playing with my rings as I stared at him

"Baby please" he stepped closer "let me take care of you,your drama is mine and I'll do anything to protect daniel"

I then crossed my arms as I rolled my eyes "y/n please don't play with me.You know I hate when you do that,stop it"

"Whatever-

"Don't whatever me,I'm the last person you wanna whatever to.Now I'm taking care of this shit and that's it" he says piercing his eyes into mine

"Miguel no,you will make it bigger than it already is.just leave it alone so promise me that you'll leave it alone" I say

He sighed as he looked up at the ceiling with a smirk placed on his lips,he rubbed the tip of his nose after looking down at his shoes

"Fine" he said "I'll leave it alone" he smiles

"Thank you" I pressed my lips against his,he hummed before I pulled away to lay my hands on his face

"I won't count on it tho" he whispered..
