Y/N POV

I slowly stepped forward as he had that stupid smirk on his lips "what are you doing here?" I asked,he raised his eyebrows

"I wanted to see you and the kid,you look so pretty with him" he says making me get the ick

"How did you even know I was-forget that,leave me the hell alone" I scolded

"You don't tell me what to do y/n.That's my job and I'm telling you to take me to your home and we can be a family"

"Please just leave us alone,we don't want anything to do with you" he chuckled

"You need me,I'm the father-

"You're not the father anymore" I spoke,his eyebrows knitted as he moved himself closer

"What did you just say? I am the father"

"No you're not,a father stays.A father provides and takes care of his child but your actions hasn't been fatherly so no..you're not the father" I told him through my teeth

He pierced his eyes into mine before narrowing his eyes at Daniel,no father looks at his kid like that.

Not like how Miguel looks at Daniel with love and so much sparks,Leandro looks at him like he's an animal as if he was a disease

"Listen here,you bitch" he snapped causing me to quickly holds Daniel head closer to mine,Daniel quietly whined now feeling uncomfortable with Leandro in our space

"I'm in your life whether you like it or not.It took me years to find out where you live and now I'm not leaving you alone especially if you have no one to take care of you or this kid "

I tried to hold the tears in,for Daniel so he doesn't get scared himself "I'm all you need and you'll have to do everything I say if you want this kid to have a father figure in his life-

"No she doesn't" we heard behind us,I turned seeing Miguel as Mason was a few feet behind him "take a few steps away from them"

Leandro scoffed before walking a few steps backwards "she doesn't have to do anything because she has me and she has a family that doesn't involve you" he said now gently pulling me and Daniel behind him

"And 'that kid' has a name but you should know that if you're so called the 'father'" he states while making air quotes with his fingers

"But you're right,Daniel does have a dad..and it's me" I widen my eyes as Leandro's lips slightly parted "I'm the father figure and I'm doing great"

"He won't even remember you" Leandro growled

"Really?" Miguel turned towards us "hey kiddo" he said to Daniel,Daniel then began to softly smile and wave his four fingers at Miguel

"Hi Mikey" he mumbled,I smirked while caressing Daniel's head

"Seems to remember me there,he asks about me and we actually went to the park earlier today and boy did he have a blast" Miguel snickered

That made Leandro even more anger but he knew he can't lay a finger on him,Miguel actually is waiting for that to happen plus Mason behind us as backup

Leandro glanced at Mason "and who's he" I turned to look at Mason,he was glaring at Leandro the entire time

"That's daniel's uncle" I blurted,Miguel quickly shift his gaze into me "one of them,Daniel has a lot of uncles and another aunt" Mason chuckled

Miguel lightly smiled "so that means we are well taken care of.You don't have to even think about helping because we don't need you and he doesn't even know who you are and I'll like to keep it that way" I sternly said

"You have a lot of nerve talking to me like that-

"She can,she's the mother and we don't have a problem dragging your ass out of here" Mason spoke while walking down the stairs and standing beside Miguel

"I'll call the cops if you come near us again" I said,he gulped but trying to keep his cool though it was see through

He didn't say another word,he turned his heels and walked away,away from Miguel's house and hopefully away from us forever

"Why don't I walk you to your car" Miguel says as he lay a hand on my shoulder,I nodded "thanks Mikey"no said

He helped Daniel in his car seat while I buckled my seatbelt,I heard him close the backseat door before placing his arm over my drivers window and bending to my eye level

"Be safe please and call if you need anything,I'm talking about anything like if you need ice cream at two in the morning" he joked

I laughed "thanks babe" I puckered my lips,he immediately laid his lips on mine before moving back from the car

"Get home safe baby" he said raspy,I blew him a kiss as I turned on my engine.His cheeks turnt pink as he took steps backwards closer to his house

TIME SKIP

I arrived at my brothers house,I made sure I came in quietly and I gotten Daniel ready for bed.It takes him awhile to fall asleep,I have to fake act asleep to help him

I ran my fingers through his thick fluffy hair as he tried his best to close his eyes and knock out,a slight knock was placed on the door

I knitted my eyebrows as I sat up,Josh peaked his head out from the crack opened door "hey hermana" he whispered

"Hey,you okay?" He sighed as he slowly shut the door.He was in his pjs without his hat,showing his basic slick back

"Can I talk to you about something?" He asked,I nodded as I patted the middle of the bed.He carefully climbed onto it trying to not wake Daniel

"I really like lexi but I don't know how to break it to her,can you help? Since you're a girl and you've known her for years" I smiled loving hearing the crush he has on Lexi

"Well you can take her out to eat,she loves eating then you can just be straight forward and don't beat around the bush cause you tend to do that a lot" I whispered

He chuckled "yeah Carlos gets mad at me when I do,I just don't like hurting other people's feelings"

"You got that from mom" I told him,he weakly smirked as he held onto my hand

"You're exactly like mom y/n" my throat tighten remembering my mom and how amazing she was,I exhaled deeply as I placed my hand on his

"Would you come with me to the station? I'm gonna file a restraining order against leandro" I told him,he raised his eyebrows

"Of course,Carlos is not gonna like this" I shrugged

"I don't care" he cackled before pecking my forehead

"Get some rest,we're gonna have to do that first thing in the morning" he said as he stood up,I nodded watching him leave my room

I turned seeing Daniel letting out quiet snores,I smiled at him before clicking of the light from my lamp.
