Angel's POV
I don't know why, but Kiara left Kopa in charge of baby sitting the five cubs. My twins Cale and Akima. And her three Aisha, Remi and Koda. So my mate Luca and I have decided to check up on them at pride rock. "So there I was, face to face with a hundred alligators. I was trapped no where to go, so I attack" Kopa boosts.
"You're telling it wrong" Luca states.
"How would you know? You weren't there" Kopa tells him.
"But I was dear brother" I remind him as I join them. Shaking out my fur. It was raining outside. "You weren't alone and they were crocodiles, not alligators" I correct him. "Hello little ones, are you being good for uncle Kopa?" I ask the cubs.
"Yes mum" Akima says with a smile.
"I want to go outside" Cale grumbles.
"Can we aunt Angel?" Aisha and Remi ask eagerly.
"To wet, how about I tell you the real story?" I suggest and Cale groans. He hates story time and would rather be outside playing all day. Even in the rain.
"Can you tell us how you meet dad?" Akima asks.
"No, boring" Koda says. "Tell us about the fight with the out landers" he tells me.
"Well they're the same story" I tell them. "Gather around" I say and we form a circle. "Well it starts with the day Kiara meet Kovu. We were all about your age and Kiara wanted to go exploring. Kopa and I tagged along like usual" I state.
(Story begins)
"Your dad is going to be so mad we're not following his path" I tell Kiara.
"So? I want to explore" she states.
"Tiifu and Zuri will be so jealous they are missing out" Kopa chuckles.
"We'll tell them all about it tonight" I tell him. "Hey look a butterfly" I say pointing it out. "Tell you what, whoever catches it decides where we go" I suggest. They both agree and we take turns trying to catch. As we chase it.
"Mighty hunter... has cornered her prey" Kiara brags as she eyes the butterfly on the boulder. She pounces and it flies away. Beyond any of our reach and Kopa groans. "Whoa, guys check this out!" Kiara calls. Kopa and I join her on top of the boulder.
