As the group of five finally returned to Fort Dunstad the first thing Ebon-shi noticed was a renewed fire of conviction in Lianya's eyes as she went to Dawnstar after dropping off her three partners that went with her then she rode towards Dawnstar with Salazar wanting to tell the Jarl in person. "What happened out there, were you successful?" Ebon-shi asked as Gila filled him in. " We found the family but, theyre were all dead, killed by falmer and chorus, inside the basement of the lighthouse was a hole that was tunnled from within an underground cavern that was a chorus brood hive, inside was the most massive chorus reaper I've ever seen atleast ten feet tall and eighteen foot long." Gila explained to Ebon-shi what they saw as the dunmer listen intently. "But boss, you should have seen Lianya, she went completely off on that chorus reaper, I've never seen her shine so brightly since we've known her." Gila explained while Ebon-shi had a small smile creep up his face under his ebony helmet happy that she had finally found her drive and now her future would be even brighter. As Lianya arrived to Dawnstar Smidvarg walked all the way to the longhouse and allowed Lianya and Salazar off as she entered the house with her brother skittering behind her as they approached the elderly nord who's steward and former servant who was now standing proudly at Skald's right side in the pale guard's armor with a steel greatsword in his grip with both his hands while the swords tip rested on the ground. "Greetings Jarl Skald, I bring news from Frostflow lighthouse." LIanya spoke as Salazar wandered about on his own as Skald spoke. "What was the situation?" Skald asked as Lianya had to steel herself as she spoke. "I'm afraid Mr. Habd and his family are all dead, a group of falmer and chorus burrowed from an underground cavern and killed then, but me an four others wiped the monsters out and relit the lighthouse beacon while incinerating theyre bodies to stop any necromancers from defiling them." LIanya explained as the members of the Jarl's court lowered they're heads in sorrow at the unfortunate and tragic fate that befell the unsuspecting family. " I see, and I trust you avenged them?" Skald asked as Lianya nodded " Yes, we made sure we killed every last falmer and chorus in that cavern and burned theyre bodies so they could finally rest in peace." Lianya said as the court of the Jarl nods. "May the nine rest they're souls to Aetherious." Jarl Skald said as he nodded to his steward who approached me with a bag and handed it to me. "Safe travels on your journey, may the nine watch over you." The steward said as me and Salazar rode back as we were leaving we spotted a small pack of sabercats with cubs in the distance as they made they're way back to Fort Dunstad they saw an imperial commander and Tully talking as the rest of the group was already on they're horses and waiting patiently for them and Tully. "Ebon-shi, Jarl Skald sends his regards and wishes us safe travels." Lianya reported to the leader who nods and prepared to move. "So where are we going now?" Lianya asked as Asadelf spoke up "We are going to Winterhold, but we are going to take refuge in the whistling mine located south of Winterhold while we're there I'd suggest us magic affiliated ones pay a visit to the college to touch up on our skills, after all there is always more to learn about magic, and in ourselves." Asadelf spoke with a smile as Lianya nods while she noticed Serana was sitting on a daedric horse waiting for Tully since they were leaving in the middle of the day she had her hood up as Tully shook the hand of the imperial and walked back over and climbed on his daedric horse and the group rode off heading towards Dawnstar and taking the path that Lianya and her small unit took to the lighthouse before, as they made it over the mountain the beacon of the lighthouse illuminated the snow covered valley as they charge east along the shore of the sea of ghosts aslong as they keep the sea to they're left side they will arrive at Winterhold with minimum contact with others. As they proceeded forward they passed the tower stone one of the thirteen standing stones that were scattered around skyrim was overlooking them on a high up icy cliff as they continue down the path weaving past wild wolves, bears, saber cats, hoarkers, and bandits eventually though they passed a shrine of Talos where they could spot a bunch of Thalmor soldiers attempting to destroy it looking around making sure there was no one else to give them back up the group exchanged nods. The archers Gila, Shadow-step, and Severin silently crept onto the high ground up by the standing stone while the other group prepared to spring the attack. Asadelf and Lianya readied fire, lightning, and frost magic while Gentu held up Spellbreaker to cover Asadelf and Lianya. While Ebon-shi, Sabrina, Tully, Serana, Myra, Suvvan, Yamma, and Salazar charged forward as Gila, Shadow-step, and Severin rained down arrow and bolts down to direct they're attention as Asadelf and Lianya pelted the soldiers with Elemental bolt and Icy spear respectively. As the Thalmor soldiers were focused on the oncoming spell and arrow hailstorm as the group rushed forward and took them by surprise. Ebon-shi drove the ebony blade through the chest of a thalmor justicer and punched the soldier with the claws of his brawler ebony gauntlets slitting his throat. Sabrina rushed forward with bloodscythe and soulrender diving between two thalmor wearing light elven armor and slashing them across theyre abdomens disembowling them and cleaving them in half. Tully rushed forward jumping down an slamming the mace of Molag bal into a thalmor in elven hunter armor and threw the corpse into two thalmor justicers them brutally slamming theyre heads into the stoney ground with his bare hands. Serana covered Tully by shooting ice spikes from her hand while Impaleing a thalmor scout with her daedric sword and biting his neck and holding him firmly as she threw the body down wiping the blood from her mouth. Myra shot two thalmor soldiers wearing glass armor with her silver crossbow in the back of they're knees as she beheaded them with her blades katana. Suvvan went compleatly ham on the soldiers "IT'S WABBAJACK TIME!!!" Suvvan shouted in manic as he blasted the thalmor with the wabbajack causing unpredictable effects to affect the enemy from turning them into inanimate objects, to animals one thalmor even turned into a full sized cow before Suvvan pulled off the sword of Jyggalag off of his back and clashed with a thalmor in full elven armor with a elven battle axe angeling the blade so the axe got caught on the swords guard as Suvvan kicked the thalmor soldier in the abdomn as he keeled over and suvvan grabbed his head and brought his knee into his nose straight in killing the soldier instantly dropping him. Yamma rushed forward and and started crushing thalmor who charged forward with elven and glass weapons only for Yamma to send them flying with a single brutal swing of immense strength. Salazar rushed hacking and slashing with his twin falmer war axes aiming for they're throats and femoral artiries as usual using detect life to act as a third eye and jumping on one sinking the mandibles of his mouth into the thalmor's throat and tore his throat out and ate the bloody pump of flesh. Then after the massecre they proceeded doing their usual taunting of stripping the thalmar of their armor and weapons and putting amulets of Talos around their necks and this time due to them being in front of a shrine of Talos they decided to take it one step further and position the dead corpses as if they were praying to the statue. Once they were done and after they had had their little bit of fun they continued on their way before eventually the college of Winterhold came into view on their right side moving along underneath it and under the long bridge suspended in the air. Even from the ground the college of Winterhold looked absolutely stunning proudly mounted upon its lone standing rocky formation.
