January 17
Tuesday, 8:54 P.M.
The waiters came around putting our plates in front of us as we thanked them.
"Cut my steak ma?" Dayvon said in my ear and I picked up a fork and a knife pulling his plate closer to mines.
"Stacia. Pass me the salt." My dad said making me look up. And I saw Tamera snap her neck to look at my dad.
"Why didn't you ask me to pass the salt?" Tamera said.
"She's closer." My dad said as my mom pushed the salt across the table not paying either one of them any mind.
9:43 P.M.
Tremani was on my lap asleep on my shoulder. He ate a lot of food I know put his little body to sleep.
"I got the bill." Taurus said.
"Let's split it." Dayvon said and Taurus nodded.
"Nah. Both of y'all don't worry about it. I got it." My dad spoke up taking his wallet out of his pocket.
My dad paid and left a tip. But me and my mom had to use the bathroom.
When I finished in the stall I found my mom at the sinks washing her hands.
"Did you see the way Tamera was looking at you?" I said pushing one hand on the soap dispenser letting the soap drop onto my hands.
"How?" My mom laughed drying her hands. But she knows I live to be messy with her. And I don't like Tamera anyway.
"She was like side eyeing you pretty much the rest of the dinner after dad asked you to pass the salt." I said and my mom rolled her eyes.
"She's always been weird. That's why I've been pretty close to popping her in her fucking mouth." My mom shook her head.
"Please don't pop any mouths today. We're calm." I said locking arms with my mom after drying my hands off too.
"Fine. Just don't let her start with me. She doesn't know what your father knows about me." My mom said making me throw my head back laughing just thinking of all the crazy shit my mom would do to my dad when they were still talking.
I remember times my mom would buy me and Taurus ice cream if we took dad's money while he was sleeping. We used to come back with hundreds of dollars and dad wouldn't even ask about it when he woke up.
We went back to the table seeing everyone already got all our things. My phone buzzed so I looked and saw it was Dayvon.

Me and my mom stepped closer and closer to the entrance and I heard all be yelling coming from my dad and Tamera.
"You still love her? Tell the truth." Tamera said getting in my dad's face.
Not the first time I've seen my dad and Tamera argue.
Honestly. I think my dad still does love my mom. He is the only one that would fight back with my mom. He would entertain her craziness. He would beg for her back after she would slash his tires and leave him on the side of the road. I think she's the only one he actually gave a fuck about.
Anyone else? He wouldn't even give them the time of day.
"Do you always have to be so fucking extra?" My dad shook his head trying to walk away from Tamera. But she was still trying to get in his face.
"She is sad as fuck." My mom shook her head to herself.
"The fuck did you say bitch?" Tamera said looking at my mom and that was when I knew shit was going to hit the fan.
Tamera doesn't even know what she just did.
"Did you just call me a bitch?" My mom said pointing to herself stepping forward and my brother quickly reached in holding her back.
"No. I know this bitch didnt just—"
"Yeah I did bitch. Now what?" Tamera said and my dad pushed her back.
"Stop!" He yelled at her. But he better her to calm down as fast as he can. Mom BEATS BITCHES UP. And as prissy and fragile as Tamera is. I know she doesn't wanna spend a couple days in a neck brace.
"Huh bitch? Come closer. You been trying me bitch and I been sparing you. Don't say shit to me." My mom pointed as Taurus tried to walk her away back to her car.
"Sparing me you ghetto ass bitch? Come on." Tamera said.
If I wasn't pregnant. I would have just slapped Tamera. No shade. Because you're not gonna talk to my mother like that. Point blank.
"Tamera please be quiet." I said annoyed.
"Zero don't say nothing. Cause one thing about a bitch she know not to play with my fucking kids." My mom said.
"I don't know SHIT." Tamera said shaking her head still trying to walk up on my mother.
"I bet you the fuck you will know you talk back to that one." My mom pointed and Dayvon went over to help Taurus get my mom to get to her car.
"Fuck you and your ugly ass kids bitch. You're a bm im the wife bitch." Tamera said and I could just tell that sent my mom over the edge.
"Mom just come to the car." Taurus said with a deep sigh.
"Alright. Alright. Get off me." She said pushing Taurus off her and fixing her purse on her arm.
"I'm going. She got it." My mom nodded and my eyebrows raised surprised. She's just going to let her have it? I must get that just walking away shit from my mom.
Taurus and Dayvon walked her to her car and Taurus picked up Tremani.
"Dad you have to get Tamera under control before mom loses her shit next time." I said shaking my head as my dad closed the passenger seat door with Tamera in it.
"I'm trying Zero. I don't want your mom to get arrested again." He said.
"Then keep Tamera away from her. You know Tamera doesn't like mom. Stop tryna bring everybody together." I said shaking my head. And we heard tires screech. Which made us all turn. And we saw my mom's Porsche ramming into the back of my dad's Range Rover with Tamera in it. I covered my mouth also fighting back the laughter.
My mother never ceases to amaze me.
"STACIA WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?" My dad said running back to his car.
"What the fuck yo." Dayvon said putting both of his hands in the top of his head watching.
"Where is the car? Im over this shit bro." I said shaking my head over the nonsense and Dayvon took my hand. As we walked we still watched from afar.
My mom pulled back away from the car and swerved out of the parking lot sloppily and I just shook my head.
"Not one moment of fucking peace with this family." I said watching as Tamera frantically got out of the car screaming at my mom's speeding away car and my dad.
"YOU CRAZY BITCH! YOU'RE FUCKING PSYCHO!" Tamera yelled at my mom's car.
"You gone act like yo mom when you get older?" Dayvon asked making me laugh.
