Zero POV

Los Angeles, California
April 24th
Monday, 7:30 A.M.

I was woken up by the alarm ringing on my chest. Which is how I fell asleep. Dayvon was knocked out before me when we got in the bed. I stayed up on TikTok. And you know what? For once, I'm regretting that right now. Because I told myself I would wake up, take care of Empress and cook Dayvon breakfast before he leaves.

My body jolted up from the feeling and I rushed to press the stop button. I took a deep breath and opened my phone to see the camera on Empress. I expected her to be up an start crying one she hear any sound in the house. But she was still asleep. I silently thanked God and got from under Dayvon. I stretched and slipped my feet into my fluffy slides. I went to the bathroom and avoided the mirror because I don't like to look until I get myself together.

After I brushed my teeth and washed my face. I took my hair out of my bonnet just so my shit could breathe. I put it up in a clip already knowing Empress loves to fucking DRAG her mother when her hair is down. I took the band off and creeped past Von not to wake him.

I went to her room turning on the light keeping a close eye out to keep her asleep as long as I can. Being a mom is interesting. I have to be up before everyone else and start everyone's day.

I opened some drawers taking out baby wipes, baby powder, diapers, lotion, and a brown onesie for Empress to wear. I went to the bathroom and ran her bath water putting a little bubbles in it placing all her toys band stuff inside.

As I was coming out of the bathroom I saw her eyes starting to open and I stopped in my tracks. When her eyes open they went to me.

"Shh shh shh princess. It's just me." I said picking her up before she could cry. So she kept calm. I held her close and made my way to the kitchen. I started making her bottle and as I was in the fridge taking things out for breakfast Empress kept reaching for bananas. So I took on out, opened it and quickly cut it up putting one piece in her little hand. And I let her eat and play with it while I finished making her bottle.

I shook up the bottle with Empress already starting to whine for it. I put it down and cleaned her hands with a clean napkin before holding the bottle to her lips. Laying her down in my arms. I paced around the kitchen watching her close her eyes and drink her milk. She is always so happy eating. Me and her are alike in so many ways.

When she finished i put a little towel over my shoulder burping her on my way back to her room. As I was grabbing her towel and rag my phone buzzed in my bra. I sat everything down on the counter  top and saw it was just Pooh.
