"Pssh.. wake up.. it's Christmas." Flyte slowly opened his eyes and was met with Rudie's staring right back at him. Without saying anything, Flyte looked towards the calendar, nope. Still April. "Mm.. whatever you say, now go back to sleep." Rudie huffed and continued to stare down at him, eventually Flyte gave up and sat up making Rudie clap his hooves with joy.

Flyte looked towards the clock '4:56am'. "Listen. I love you, but you really gotta stop waking me up so early." Rudie didn't seem to hear him as he continued to run around and bounce like a child "Can you make me some hot coco?!" Flyte shook his head and rubbed his face with his wing.

"Of course, but be quiet. We don't wanna wake the others." Flyte gently stood up and instantly stretched his wings "HOORRAYYY!.." Rudie whispered yelled as he quietly opened the door and ran out, Flyte chuckled before going to his closet and pulling out one of his dozens of premade presents for Rudie. He carried it with one of his wings as he chased after Rudie.

"Anndd.. there." Flyte carefully placed the cup in front of Rudie, five marshmallows floated at the top and the candycane themed straw spun a tad upon being sat down. It was perfect for Rudie. "Aww! Thank you so much, merry Christmas!" Rudie wagged his tail and drank like an addict, the sight made Flyte flap his wings excessively - only noticing once he didn't feel the ground anymore.

He calmed himself down before clearing his throat; "I got you a present.." Rudie placed his drink down and ran towards him, trying to see where his mystery present was. "Woah buddy.. calm down and I'll give it to you." Rudie stopped but continued to jump in place "Gimme gimme!" He held his hooves out.

"Here, be careful. It took me forever to wrap it-" Rudie grabbed it and unwrapped it without a second thought. "OHHH A SCARF!" Rudie immediately wrapped it around his neck and pranced around.

Flyte on the other hand just stared at the ripped up paper with dismay, Rudie hugged him and buried his face into his chest "Merry Christmas, Flyte!"

He sighed before fondly looking down at Rudie. "Merry Christmas to you too, Rudie."
