Author's POV
"That's my mom's voice..what happened to her?"she asked in a panicked voice. Jaejoong looked nervously than ever. He sensed something was wrong and went to see what happened through the window. All of his men were down. He immediately called his dad, Kim Jaemin. His dad picked up the phone. "Jaejoong-ah,it's late already. Come home now.."
"Dad,the kidnapper is in Youngjae's house. Please help us..Hurry.."Jaejoong quickly said the words and hung the phone. He put it into silent mode in order not to let the kidnapper knew his whereabouts.
"Son..are you okay? Hello?Jaejong-ah..?"Jaemin looked panicked as his son hung up the phone. He quickly called his assistant to settle this matter as fast as possible. "Damn it! Don't you dare hurt my son.."he said to himself.
Just after his put his phone into his pocket, he saw Yoomi went out slowly from the door. Jaejoong managed to hold her and said in a whisper,"Yoomi..it's dangerous.."
"It's my family down there,Jaejoong oppa. I want to see what happened..please.."she begged him with her teary eyes. Jaejoong looked sorry for her. It was all because of him. He then held her hand and they walked slowly to the stairs to see what happened. They hid behind the wall near the stairs and managed to sneak a peek of her parents and Youngjae.
The living room looked pretty messed up and the men threw everything on the floor.
"What do you want?!"Mr.Ha asked them with rage. The were total of four guys. They were all in black mask. The two of them held Mrs.Ha and Youngjae and the other one held Mr.Ha. Their leader faced Mr.Ha and said,"Now,where is the rich boy?Please cooperate with us. I want the boy right now and I'll let you and your family go if you give him to me.."
Without hesitation,Mr.Ha shook his head and answered,"No,it's only me,my wife and my kids. There is no other person in this house..Please leave.."
"LIAR!! I saw them with my two eyes that he went into this house with a girl. I presume,your daughter? I'll let go of your kids if you just tell me where he is.."he started to lose his patience.
Mr.Ha looked at his wife and son. They looked scared and terrified of what happened before their eyes. He knew that Yoomi was with Jaejoong and they were probably knew about what happened in this house too. He just hoped that they were already left this house. He will stall them as long as he could.
"I've told you..The boy is not here! Just let us go!"he said with bravery. The leader looked mad and thrust the knife at him. The unimaginable pain shoot through his chest. Then, his eyes were closed slowly. He was no longer in this world.
"Dad!!"Youngjae cried. "Honey,please wake up..let me go!"Mrs.Ha struggled to escape from the man that held her. Yoomi closed her mouth in disbelief. Her dad...her only dad got stabbed by that man. She was in tears. It was a heartbroken moment that she had to watch this.
Jaejoong looked shocked and his mind went blank about what to do. "No..It can't be happening. Not this family..Please stop.."he begged in himself.
The leader smirked with his evil face and walked slowly to Mrs.Ha and said,"Oh,my condolences..I'm so sorry for your lost. But,I'd given him the chance to live. He chose his death and I hope you won't be doing the stupid same mistake like your husband. You have to think about your kids. Right?"
Mrs.Ha looked at his son and said,"Youngjae-ah,we have to protect them. Do you understand?Don't be afraid..I'm sure that they will be safe..I'll be joining your father soon. I'll see you soon.. I love you,my son..". She looked calm and she knew that there will be no escape for them right now. She just felt sorry that Youngjae had to go through with this. Youngjae nodded his head as he understood his mom's instruction. He looked terrified but he knew he had to endure this nightmare.
"Arghhh..I'm going crazy right now! Just tell me where is the boy! Is he still in this house or not?"he snarled at her.
"Just kill me. You will never get what you want.."she said with disgusted face. The leader quickly stabbed her after hearing her words. She laid down on the floor,breathlessly.
"Mom!!"Youngjae's heart felt a pang to see the deaths of his parents. Yoomi and him just lost their parents by this evil man and he knew that his turn will be after this. Yoomi looked trembled and she started to feel suffocated and hard to breath. Jaejoong closed her mouth to make sure that they won't hear any noise. He gave signal to her not to make any sound even though it was hard for her. He knew that Youngjae will be killed by that man and he will kill Yoomi too if they find her with him. He needed to save her at any cost.
"Look boy..I'm sure you want to live. Just tell me where is the boy and I'll spare you and your sister.."the man tried to persuade Youngjae who looked paled.
Yoomi looked nervously as the man approached her brother. Then, Youngjae looked at her direction. He knew that they were there all the time.
"Please, run away Yoomi. Run away with Jaejoong. I beg you. Don't just stand there.."he whispered in himself.
"They went away for a while. My house has a secret door for them to escape. My sister knows about that door and I'm sure that they are already run away.."Youngjae made up a story to buy some time. He hoped that Yoomi and Jaejoong will know that he was just stalled the men so that they can find a way to run away.
He continued again,"They are already run away. Jaejoong will take care of my sister very well and she will grow up beautifully just like my mom used to be. They will live a happy life after this nightmare..I love my sister so much that I'll be watching over her even though I'll be no longer in this world.."he said while looking at the stairs. He knew they would hear of what he'd said.
Yoomi looked at her brother with sadness. She knew those will be his last words for her and Jaejoong. Jaejoong looked guilty than ever. He knew that Youngjae asked him to save his sister by any cost.
"I promise,Youngjae..I'll take care of her with my life..I'm indebted with your family forever. Thank you for saving me,my friend. I won't forget of what you and your parents did for me.."he swore to himself.
"Where's the door?WHERE IS KIM JAEJOONG?!!"the man snarled.
Youngjae smirked at him and said his few last words,"OVER-MY-DEAD-BODY"
The man stabbed Youngjae out of his frustration. Youngjae's body lied beside his mom's. Yoomi cried in silence as she palmed her face with her hands. She lost all three of them in just one night. Jaejoong looked devastated that he'd lost his best friend. However, his face turned to panic as the man ordered his men to search over the house.
"Yoomi,come with me..I need to keep you safe. They will kill you if they find you with me.."he whispered to her and quickly held her hand and went into Youngjae's room. They hid in his closet behind the clothes. Luckily, the closet looked huge enough and it was a perfect place for them to hide from them.
"Find them! It was supposed to take a few minutes to kidnap him. If it's not for that stupid family who protected him,I would have him by now!"he said in frustration. Yoomi and Jaejoong closed their mouths and not to make any sound in the closet. Their hands were trembled and shivered as the men went into Youngjae's room. They walked to the closet and just they were about to open the closet, the other man ran into the room and said,"Hyung! Lets go! The police is arrived. We need to escape right now!"
"DAMN IT!!"the leader said in rage and quickly dashed out from the room with his men. Jaejoong looked relieved and he turned to Yoomi who started to cry her heart out. Jaejoong hugged her. He kept saying sorry to her. They heard several of gunshots from downstairs. Yoomi looked terrified and Jaejoong hugged her tightly.
"I'm so sorry. I really am sorry.."he sobbed. He knew he was the cause of her family's deaths. That fact will scar and haunt him forever. It will never fade away.

This is so tragic,isn't it? I will cry if it ever happen in the k-drama..Poor Yoomi..Her family sacrificed themselves to save both of them. So sad..ㅠ_ㅠ
