Hello my lovelies! I have some big things to announce...First of all, I have officially accepted my first big girl job. This is a good thing (I hope) but unfortunately means less time for writing. LILB will have to go on a hiatus for now and I am so, so very sorry about that. Trust me, I wish I could get paid to write fan fiction all day for you guys. I will finish Daryl and Charlie's story, though. Don't doubt that.
Second of all. I am entering Wattpad's 'So You Think You Can Write' contest. Here's the deal- LILB was such a hit that I decided to use the same concept for an original novel. I will be posting it on here starting today, and I'm sure you'll notice the similarities. Like this story, my new one is told partially through flashbacks. While some of the flashbacks are similar, the characters are completely different and the original plot is completely different. So what am asking is for no messages telling me it's the same thing as Life I Left Behind because it's not. My main character is not Daryl.
Think of it as like....a 50 Shades of Gray experiment but not as horrible (once again, I hope). That novel started off as fan fiction too.
Please give it a chance. It's a work in progress so even if I don't make into even the top 50 entries, maybe I can get some good feedback.
Thank you all for being so great and understanding. LILB is my baby. It's the story that showed me not only how much I belong in the writing world, but how much other people can love what I do. So I am forever grateful for that.
