Ed's POV
I woke up next to Roy. I ended up sleeping over his house. I opened my eyes slowly and tried to wake myself up. I yawned softly and sat up. I was about to stand up when a hand wrapped around my waist and pulled me towards them. A small squeak escaped my lips and I heard a chuckle. "Thats not funny!" I exclaimed. "No. But its cute." Roy replied. He always had some sort of come back. "Bastard..." I mumbled. Instead of getting up, I snuggled into Roy's grip. "As much as I wanna stay like this, we have to go to work Ed." He sighed. "Okay." I replied. We both sat up and stood up from the bed. I grabbed my clothes and walked into the bathroom, getting dressed. I looked in the mirror and saw my hair was an absolute mess. "Ed? Can I come in?" Roy asked. "Yeah!" I responded. He walked in a started laughing. "What?!" I exclaimed. "Your hair.." He said. I gritted my teeth. "Be careful of what you say Mustang." I growled. Roy laughed again. "Okay Fullmetal. Would you like me to fix your hair?" He asked. A blush spread across my face. "No. I can do it myself." I protested. Roy sighed. "Okay." We both stood in front of the mirror, brushing our hair. Roy was done rather quickly, meanwhile I couldn't even get through the knots in my hair. I growled in frustration as I felt Roy gently take the brush from my fingers and start to brush my hair. I blushed in embarrassment. "Tha-Thanks." I mumbled. "No problem." He responded.
-AT CENTRAL HQ CAUSE I DON'T WANNA WRITE THEM WALKING XD-
Roy and I walked into HQ. I found Al quickly and met up with him. "Hey Brother." Al greeted. "Hey Al." I replied, smiling at him. I looked at Roy who was in a deep conversation with Hughes. "Ed, I'm gonna head on towards my office." Roy informed me. I nodded. "Be there in a sec." I called to him. He nodded and walked towards his office. "Al, have you found any more leads on the philosopher's stone?" I asked. Al shook his head. "All the supposed leads that I found we've been there already." Al explained. "Great. What are we supposed to do?" I asked. Al shrugged. "Keep looking I guess." He suggested. "Yeah. I guess that's really the only thing we can do for right now." I agreed. I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and stiffened, my eyes widening slightly. I was getting a feeling about this girl standing in front of me. She had pink hair, and green eyes. But she seemed familiar. "Brother?" Al asked, snapping me out of my thoughts. "Oh sorry." I apologized. The girl smiled at me. "Hi! I'm Rosie. Do you know where Colonel Mustang's office is?" She asked. I nodded, narrowing my eyes a bit. "Yeah. I do. And the names Edward Elric." I replied. "Do you think you could take me there Fullmetal?" She asked. I stiffened again. 'How does she already know who I am....? Okay Ed calm down. You're a famous alchemist. A lot of people know who you are.' I thought. I smiled at her. "Sure." I turned to Al. "Come on Al. We're going to Roy's office a little earlier than expected." I explained. Al nodded and walked next to me. "Let's go then." Al suggested. Rosie smiled and nodded. "Sure!" I honestly had a bad feeling about all of this. I don't trust this new girl. Not one bit
