I woke up with a blistering headache. My ribs ached but not half as bad as they did yesterday. I unlocked my phone and decided to call my mum. Even though we didn't exactly get along through the years her and dad really changed. They changed for me, I dialled her number and after 4 rings she picked up. Alice? She stammered making it clear that she had been crying. Mummy? Yes baby? I need you and daddy please I sobbed quietly. Okay baby could you meet us at the park by your brothers place? Yes mam I stammered unsure if she really changed or not. Unsure if that whenever she saw me if she was going to beat me or not. Her beatings weren't the worst it was dad I was scared of. I didn't plan on leaving home back to mullinger, Ireland with them we just need to talk. I put on a pair of red skinnys and a Melanie Martinez shirt. I tied a white flannel around my waist and slipped on my all black vans. I didn't even bother with makeup because I felt like shit and there's no point in makeup if you feel like shit just saying. I slid my phone into my pocket and plugged in my headphones listening to a variety of songs. I walked slowly to the park, unsure if this was a very smart idea. I sat down on the bench and waited patiently for mum and dad. * 3 hours past* they still didn't arrive and it was starting to get cold again. I sighed in despair that my own mum and dad who gave birth to me and promised that they would always love me didn't show up. My stomach started growling so with a heavy heart I decided to head back home. I snuck back in my room and chowed down on pizza rolls and a can of bud light. I turned on my tv and watched black butler for a moment but then I started to get lightheaded. I guess beer doesn't set well with pizza. I sat the can of beer on my nightstand and ran to my bathroom. I started throwing up the very little amount of food I ate. I disposed of the vile contents my stomach emerged and rinsed my mouth with clean cold water. I almost grabbed the can of beer and finished it but I knew that wasn't going to be a good idea. It would only result in me getting sick to my stomach again. I lied down on my bed drifting off into a peaceful nap.
HARRY
I stared weeping whenever Alice reacted that way. I clutched the un open gift in my hands shaking as I started to carefully tear of each piece of wrapping paper. I carefully put the gold Rolex around my wrist and carefully unfolded the piece of paper folded at the bottom of the box. " dear Harry,
I know this may sound crazy because we haven't known each other for a very long period but your the one Harold. I could not stop thinking about you every time I bump into you I see those heart melting green eyes of yours. And I'm totally in love with them, there mine now. I chuckled at that comment and continued reading. I fell in love with you from the very first moment I bumped into you and you saved my life. I love you to Alice I yelled running up the two flights of stairs leading to her room. I slowly opened the door and found her napping on her bed. I saw a can of bud light and shivered a little knowing that she had drank that, which probably meant she threw up as well. Oh Alice I chuckled when are you going to learn. I love you to I whispered planting a kiss on her forehead. She started to stir and her eyes fluttered open. Harry? Yes love it's me I smiled. She started to smile but frowned aren't you going to yell at me some more? No Alice and I'm so sorry that I did last night that was wrong of me to do and I do deeply apologise. It's okay Harry I whispered getting up and picking up my can of unfinished beer. I raised it up to my lips and was just about to take another sip but Harry took it from my hands and tossed it in the trash bin. Don't drink this ever without supervision Alice it's not healthy for you. Okay dad I said rolling my eyes. Harry? Yea love? I really love you! I love you to Alice. Harry? Yea? W-w-would you like to g-g-go out with me? I stuttered unsure of what I just said. I put my head down and allowed my fringy hair to hang in my face. His cool fingers gently cupped my chin, yes love!
