Dear Journal,
There are very few places in nature that matter to me. Not because I hate or don't care about nature, but because I don't go out much besides my yard. There are however two places I can thing of. My first camping trip was amazing, and so was my Home Ec. Camp.
I remember telling you about my camping trip. In case you don't remember I'll brief you on it. I went hiking, and canoeing. I also sat my a camp fire, did outdoor cooking, and made a new friend. She's two year older than me, but you can't really tell. We've hung out a while ago and walkign around downtown. She also taught me how to canoe while we were at camp.
Home Ec. Day Camp was just as spectacular. I picked fresh blue berries from a berry farm. Then used them to make homemade jam/ I also made delicious no-kneed bread. Top it off with homemade soap and I had the time of my life!
So yeah, that's my rant about nature/camps.
