Since I last talked to you, things have blown over. My father talked to me about it after my mom. He even bought me a shirt I wanted from Rugged Warehouse. He scolded me a lot and explained how terribly wrong I was for doing something like that. The incident has faded but I know it will Nevers be forgotten, especially by me.
That aside, I am so excited! My mom is pregnant! I don't know how far along she is, but I'm super happy. My sisters don't know yet. When she told me, I told her I knew. She didn't believe me at first.
I saw signs of it. She began taking naps more often. She pulled down the maternity clothes from the closet. And I may or !at not have seen the box to a pregnancy test in her trash can when I was emptying it.
Now I try to help out as much as I can. She can't be near the kitchen or food so I've been doinbg most of the cooking. I'm so excited because I'll be able to remember this baby more clearly Insha Allah (if god wills). I have no memory of Imani, and only snippets from the other girls. Insha Allah the baby will grow and I will be their role model.
