I love Mary Poppins. Nothing beets like a good ol Classic on a Saturday morning. Ahhh the good old days.
Today's character is Miss Persimmon. Why? Well when Bert was singing about everyone in the park he went to Miss Persimmon and then looked to sky. He didn't sing about her then we don't see this character again! Plus! She doesn't have a page on the Disneywiki.
The video on top is the Chim Chimy song that Bert songs in the beginning of the movie. You can see Miss Persimmon on the right.
