In 1943 a plan sequel to the original Bambi film was going to deal with Bambi's adult life.
BUT it's all for not.
Bambi's Children, The Story of a Forest Family, originally titled Bambis Kinder, eine Familie im Walde, is a children's novel written by Austrian author Felix Salten as a sequel to his successful work Bambi, A Life in the Woods.
Although this story was never made into a film adaption, Dell Comics published a Walt Disney Production story in 1943.
