Whoop! Been awhile since I did a deleted character. And shocking, probably had no use since The Recusers take place in New Orleans, not a circus.
In the 1970's a bear who's been sprung from the zoo by the help of Bernard and Miss Bianca; hijinks ensued and befriended by Penny. His voice actor would have been Louis Priama and Inspiration.

Sadly, Priama suffered a massive heart attack in 1973 (and died five years later). Therefore, the project of Louis the Bear was unfortunately scrapped. Louis Prima, the voice of King Louie from The Jungle Book. (In case you didn't know)
