Things Have Changed For Me [SEQUEL TO FORM A MOUNTAIN]

Chapter Twenty One

KENDALL'S POV

I had gotten a text from Pey last night telling me that she was in town but I knew she wanted to see Ryan first, which was acceptable. On Saturday morning of that weekend I woke up around nine in the morning and called them to see if they were awake, I didn't get a response. I called Brendon to ask if he wanted to go out for a little breakfast date. He told me he'd be over in half an hour so I showered and got dressed. He picked me up and we went to a little café. 

"Well this is fun" he said "My favorite girl and my favorite meal of the day all wrapped in a nice little package"

"Peyton and Ryan weren't awake yet so I figured why not spend time with my Brennybear?"

We walked into the café and a waitress seated us. I watched Brendon skim the menu, the look of determination on his face was cute as he tried to figure out what to eat. See Brendon has ADHD so thinking for him is a process but it also makes him really fun to be around because he's so crazy. 

The first day I met him was back in junior high. I was walking down the hallway from science to English when he and Ryan came barreling down the hall behind me, Ryan was chasing Brendon for whatever reason. Brendon ended up knocking my textbook out of my hands and stopped to pick it up for me. 

"Sorry about that" he said in his little pre-pubescent voice. Even back then he was pretty cute, full lips and dark hair on pale skin. 

"It's okay" I giggled. 

"You're really pretty" he told me. 

"So are you" I blurted "I mean um..."

"Ha. I like you" he said "Can I take you out for a milkshake sometime?"

"Yeah" I said as I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. 

"Good" he said. He kissed me on the cheek before running off to catch Ryan. It took a few years for him to actually ask me to be his girl but I didn't regret a single minute of our friendship. 

"Whatchya thinkin bout?" present day Brendon asked me. 

I snapped out of my little flashback and looked at him. 

"You, actually"

"Anything specific?"

"Just the day we met"

"You mean when I slammed that book out of your arms and kissed you for the first time?" he asked. 

"You remember?"

"Of course I do, Kendall. I love you and I remember almost every moment I've spent with or around you. You're unforgettable"

"I love you too" I told him. 

We ordered breakfast and spent the time sharing dumb old stories that we remembered about each other. 

PEYTON'S POV

I woke up tangled in a mix of sheets and Ryan's arms. I was wearing an old shirt of his and nothing else. I remembered last night; going at it on the couch, in his bed, in his bed again, and then falling asleep. Damn we were some sexually frustrated individuals. I rolled over so that I was facing him. His eyes fluttered open and I almost squealed because he was so cute. 

"Morning" he smiled. 

"Hi" I smiled back. 

He pulled me closer to him and planted a kiss on the top of my head, his arms wove tightly around my body. 

"Mmm" I moaned as he massaged my hips. 

"Oh you like that?" he said. His lips attached themselves to my neck and he kept rubbing my skin. I moaned again as his fingers ran along the skin of my stomach. He worked the shirt off my body and ran his hands back up and down my body. I couldn't control the series of moans that left my lips. He smiled and left a soft kiss on my mouth before reaching for a condom next to his bed. As soon as he had it on , instinct took over and I wrapped my legs around his midsection like a spider catching a fly in its web. He laid me down and looked at me with a little smirk before teasing me with a finger. I kept moaning as he touched or kissed me. When he finally entered me I laid back and let him go to work on me. He pumped and pushed as my back arched up off the mattress in pleasure. When he was done, I laid there with a smile before we got up to shower...together. 

After the shower we got dressed and met up with Kendall and Brendon for breakfast. 

"Nice of you to join us" Brendon said. 

"Oh Brenny be nice" Kendall said. "They just missed each other"

"You guys were totallly f--"

"BRENDON! NOT AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE!" Kendall commanded. 

"Sorry" he said. 

Ryan and I ordered food too and the four of us sat and got caught up on life.
