Things Have Changed For Me [SEQUEL TO FORM A MOUNTAIN]

Ch. 42

When we got to Ryan's house, he carried my bags inside and we called Brendon and Kendall. When they came over, Ryan and I were engaged in a little bit of a make out but we stopped for them. 

"So, we have three weeks to do whatever the hell we want" Brendon said. 

"What to do, what to do" Kendall racked her brain for ideas. 

I kind of just sat there across Ryan's lap not thinking. I was playing with a strand of his floppy brown hair and making little faces. I could be content just sitting here with him for these three weeks but I knew our friends wanted to have some fun. 

"If Peyton would join us back here on planet normal, we could include her opinion" Brendon said. 

I didn't hear it though, I just kept spacing out. 

"PEYTON" Kendall yelled. 

"Ah what hi?" I snapped up. 

"Break, vacation, spend it, where" Kendall said. 

"Um...uh...we already live in California, most people come here for vacation, so where do Californians go for vacation?"

"To the Internet!" Kendall exclaimed. She ran up to Ryan's room to get his laptop and came back laughing. 

"What's so funny?" I asked. 

"You guys have A LOT of condoms" she laughed again. 

"Even I don't get why she's laughing" Brendon said. 

"She's obviously high...or really hungry. Let's figure out where to go on a trip then go out for dinner" I said. 

Kendall opened Ryan's laptop and tried to guess his password. 

"You won't get it" he told her. 

After several failed attempts she handed over the computer and I watched him type his password. 

"AWWWWW" I said. 

"What is it, woman?" Kendall asked. 

"I'm not telling" I replied. 

Ryan opened google and typed in "trip ideas for teens". A long list of links and searches came up. Most of them were boring things like camping or visiting random landmarks. 

"We definitely can't just stay here all break" Brendon said. 

"Absolutely not" I added. 

"Well we all like theme parks" Kendall said "Let's just drive around to a bunch of theme parks and have fun"

"I like this plan" I said. 

"Me too" Ryan agreed. 

"So it's decided" Brendon said "Come on Kendy. We better get to our own places and pack. Meet back here in the morning?"

"Sounds good" Ryan said. 

We said goodbye to our friends and I went up to Ryan's room to help him pack stuff. I was folding a few of his shirts when I felt his fingers brush my hair away from my neck. 

"No RyRy, we need to pack" I told him. 

"I know" he said "But no one said we can't get a little distracted"

"Ryan, I don't th--" my sentence was rudely interrupted by a moan that escaped from my body. 

"You know you want me" he whispered in my ear. 

"I...mmmm" I moaned again as he massaged my hips. I had to take control of this so that we could go on our trip. 

"Ry, let's finish packing then we can get as carried away as you want"

He reluctantly got up off the bed and threw stuff into his suitcase. I helped and when we were done I went down to the kitchen to cook us dinner. 

"Where's your mom?" I asked as I collected ingredients from around the kitchen. 

"She and Angela went on their own trip to visit our grandparents in Florida"

"What is it with old people and living in Florida?" I asked. 

"Hey, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy are old but they live in Bikini Bottom" he said. 

"I can't believe your computer password is PeyPeyLovesSpongebob" I said. 

"You love it though" he smiled. 

"I do"

I finished cooking dinner, pasta with shrimp. I scooped out two bowls of it and we ate on the couch while watching re-runs of Family Guy. After dinner we decided to go out for dessert at a little ice cream shop. We licked our cones as we walked around town. I yawned at one point and he took us home, where I changed into pajamas and he tucked me into bed next to him. 

"I love you" I whispered. 

"I love you too" he said.
