Chapter 2

Niall's POV

I couldn't help but laugh as all the boys looked at me like I was crazy. I knew that she knew I was talking about her and that's all that mattered in that moment.

"Well, seems like one lucky girl has grabbed Niall's attention ladies. Sorry!" After that the DJ shook our hands and thanked us for taking the time to come in. I noticed that the door opened and she was standing in the doorway waiting for us.

"Alright boys, now onto the performance." Her voice was as beautiful as she was.

I pushed past Louis and Liam so I could be next to her and I introduced myself.

"Hey, I'm Niall. I didn't catch your name earlier." I held my hand out waiting for her to shake it.

"I'm Emma. It's nice to meet you. I'm the Promotions director here and also a big fan of you guys." As she took my hand I felt sparks shoot up my arm. This had never happened to me before. This girl had such a massive effect on me after only 30 minutes.

We walked into a huge conference room that had five chairs and microphones in the front. There were girls of all ages sitting on the floor and in chairs waiting for us. As we took our seats Emma walked up to me with a big mug.

"I know that you're not really feeling well and I really appreciate you being here. I had my assistant make your favorite tea, lemon and ginger right?" She said sweetly as she handed me the mug.

"Wow, yeah that was really sweet of you. Thanks love." I couldn't believe she went out of her way like that for me. If I didn't love this girl already, I did now.

Emma's POV

"How are you girls all doing?" As soon as I said it I was met with 50 loud screams.

"Good I guess! Well, my name is Emma and I am the promotions director here. Thank you all so much for taking the time to be here to support these boys. I have been a fan for a while now and I can tell you that they are all as sweet as they seem to be. They will be singing a few songs off their album "Take Me Home" and then we'll do a short Q&A with some of the questions you girls wrote down when you got here. So it is my pleasure to introduce, One Direction!"

As I made my way to the back of the conference room I couldn't help but smile. I had never felt like this about anyone. I had been in relationships before of course. I was 24 and I had dated in high school and college but I had never had this reaction to anyone before. The entire time they were singing my eyes were fixed on Niall. His perfect body, his perfectly styled hair, the way he fiddled with his in-ear headphones constantly, his gorgeous smile. I didn't believe in love at first sight until this day.
