George was tremendously excited, which he could not even hide. He took all his notes and books that he believed to be useful for the trip. They travelled with a special airplane. The Pentagon used a Boeing VC–25 craft converted for the purpose of direct observation. The plane was more well-equipped with the latest technical devices than the base of the M-12 team in Virginia. At the lower level was the craft's cargo deck. Vehicles were transported here like camouflaged cars, necessary mission equipment, helicopters, limousines, vessels and other vehicles, as well as other equipment.

On the second level were the meeting room, the resting room, and the washrooms. In the craft's conversion extraterrestrial technologies were applied, which were unknown even by the passangers of the special Air Force One jet. Presidents kept coming and going, but the commanders of the army and the navy and the members of the Secret Intelligence Service continued to be the same person for long years. George's intriguing and provocative presentation raised the attention of many. Therefore, several people volunteered to join the team, which was on its way to Central Europe, to a country whose past and history are hardly known overseas. It is not taught, so it is known only from the map by many. However, should anyone ask people where it is, they would have no clue.

The Boeing VC-25A was enormous, but now because of the lots of volunteers, it proved to be small, so those wanting to join the team had to go through a careful selection process. On the plane there was also a giant, plotting-board-sized 3D holografic computer, which with the help of a three-dimensional satellite map, controlled not only the events of Earth but also the unexpected visitors from the universe. George stared at it open-mouthed and wished to spend hours by it.

'Shit! Just like in the movies,' George forgot about himself and marvelled aloud.

There were nearly hundred telephones on the plane, and they were able to detect almost the same amount of terrestrial and extraterrestrial frequencies. The surgery of the plane was unusual, too. It was possible to perfom a life-saving operation any time. Here was a fold-out operating table with all the necessary equipment, and even a mini-pharmacy. A whole medical staff travelled on each flight, too, who were not aware of any destination, observation, or action. They were usually informed about some fake events, which was believable even if the secret agent had returned with some kind of weird injury.

So much food was loaded on board of the VC-25A that no matter how long the flight was, it was unnecessary to deal with pointless things like grocery shopping. In the craft's "hump", on the third level, was the cockpit and numerous telecommunication equipment, like encrypted and open phone, fax, and data transmission lines, radio room, as well as a radar room that was connected to the satellites.

George had never flown before. Therefore, it was an outstanding experience for him to fly on an airplane like this. He felt a bit uneasy. The Admiral sat opposite him, who was trying to mock him, as if everything that was said in the Tank Room had been just a children's tale. Yet the Admiral and the Colonel knew quite well how true it was. Perhaps too true. Perhaps he should not have put his cards on the table. The Colonel sat down at the other side of the plane, opposite him Chatrin Soytak and Melissa Wolf-Diamond, the astrobiological researchers of NASA, and the associate of the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Eva Karoly. George knew the three ladies quite well, as he had read more of their research dissertations. The slight excitement he felt throughout the flight was now blended with anxiety caused by his fear. Was something he had been waiting for all his life about to come true? At last, was he about to experience the encounter with aliens?

He was shivering and sweating at the same time, which the Admiral noticed.

'What's up, Science Freak, you can't stand the flight?' the Admiral asked, and grinned flegmatically, mockingly, to which the others looked up. 'No need to worry. A plane like this can reach a destination of 12,600 kms with one refuelling, which is roughly one third of the way around Earth. The airplane can also be refuelled by a refuelling jet. The jet can transport seventy passangers. Its total cost exceeds $325 million. Have you thought of that, Science Freak?' he continued patronisingly.
