Hello, Lovies. Last update before Christmas Eve--Are you excited? No? Oh. Well, you should be! It's going to be fairly decent, I'd like to think, and it's the same reason why I've not done anything themed christmas. Well, alright. Bye till then,

"Here is your tea, my lady." Y/n smiled and tilted her head at Sebastian. "Thank you kindly." With a close-eyed smile, he handed her a dainty cup on a thin saucer. "Today, we have-"
"Let me guess, hmm? Rose-perfume-sugar-suffocation?" Ciel muttered, and Y/n clicked her tongue.

"Today, we have Blue Lady Earl Grey." You quirked a brow. "Tell me more."
"That, is a black tea infused with the signature earl Bergamont oil, but with a twist--Lavender." Y/n smiled happily and took a small sip. "Oh, it's lovely, Sebastian. Thank you." The butler smiled, twirled on his heel, and walked out.

After a few moments, the bitter Earl leaned over, attempting to catch a whiff of her drink. "How does it taste?"
"Oh, this? It's quite flowery. You wouldn't care to hear." He humphed and sat back as she took gleeful drinks, relishing in the pleasure of watching him squirm. "Perhaps it's good you like a black tea, then. Your usual palette leaves a sickly sweet taste on your lips." A quiet gasp escaped her, and she looked over at the smirking young man, shocked.

"Well, at least I don't drink concoctions that make my mouth taste like sour!" It was true, whenever the two locked lips, either was shocked by the acute difference in the others' taste. However, it was untrue that they found it so perfectly unpleasant.

She took a long, mocking sip and then let out a hum of satisfaction, which made his blood boil. "Perhaps I should search for a fiancee more...agreeable." She rolled her eyes at this particular threat. "Simply go back to Elizabeth, she would be a perfect fit." This notion almost made him snort, but set him into a state of contemplation. Lizzy was overbearingly sweet, dare he say, she was precious. She wouldn't have lasted a day as a Phantomhive. Y/n, though, was an eloquent succession to his own mother, and he knew she would wear the title lightly. That wasn't to say she wasn't sweet, in both a literal and figurative sense.

With a quiet sigh, he stood from his desk and walked over to the window seat of his office, where she settled herself most mornings. He mused that she was akin to a songbird, humming quietly, helping him do his work. He relished these mornings, as most days she was busy planning. Planning what? A bit of this and a bit of that, she was queen of social gatherings, which brought in investors and clients alike. Their own wedding, which she would also leverage into a business advancement. She might also be balancing the finances of her own endeavors, ensuring that everything fit into the budget of the company. She was plugged in to what he was working on most days, and usually provided powerful insight.

She looked over at him as he craned down a bit, so that his face was just above hers. Since he was fourteen he had grown terribly, shooting up to tower over her by a head. It was rather impressive, and at times it was imposing. Quickly, he leaned down and kissed her passionately, pulling away quickly while licking his lips. After a moment of staring at his struck fiancee, he turned his head and called, "Sebastian!"

The butler arrived mere seconds later. "Yes, m'lord?"

"Would you please fetch Y/n her usual tea?" Sebastian nodded and set off, and Ciel sat back at his desk.

"Why on earth did you do that?" She muttered, face heated. "I don't care for that tea. Besides, I would hate for you to loose your genuine sweet." She hummed as he went back to work, though she always drank White Rose tea in the mornings, when she would sit in the window of his office and look out as he did his work.
