Happy new year guyz!

The lady at the stall scolded me for buying the whole shelf, I mean come on....only. 45kg....pish,I usually buy 49kg per week. The store owners are already scared of me,their usual customers are complaining about their usual "out of stock-ness" for the cheese. I guess you could blame me...But hey, at least the cheese factories are making money right, they won't need to worry about funds anymore.

"Oi Gabby. How are we going to carry this back?" Jae Song asked.

Narrator's Pov.

Gabrielle said that she was going to get each person to chip in and carry 11kg. And she was going to carry 12kg. She raised her bag-filled hands,cerise also had her hands filled and Mira.......her back is already hurting from all the stuff she bought.
Cerise used her tricks as a shapeshifter to make the plastic bags into a cart so ain't nobody need to carry anything.

Well, a plastic cart.

Jae Song's Pov

" You guys made me spend all my money on groceries—and lunch—...."
I muttered as I looked at my empty wallet.

Cerise quickly fished out $10 to pay for the lettuce she bought to make salad. Mira just shrugged and flashed her wallet at me, it was empty because she bought the new Rick Riordan book as a Christmas present for me.
I looked over at Gabrielle who stuck her tongue out at me and held a white board (pulled out from God knows where) that said :
"Sorry I bo (Hokkien slang for "no") money!!ahahhahahahahah!!"

I rolled my eyes at her and *facepalmed*.
"Mom's gonna kill me. At least i have my card."

Cerise's Pov

"Oi. Oi. Oi........ OI!

I felt someone tug at my blanket and pull it off me.
I shivered as I felt the sudden rush of cold air hit my bare skin, the thin pajamas that I wore to sleep did nothing to protect me.
I felt a jabbing sensation at my hip and I swatted it away irritably.

" Jie... " Gabrielle muttered, shaking me gently. I groaned and looked at her with tired eyes.
I looked at my watch and glanced at the day.
"Sunday, 7:30 am"

I growled in irritation and glared at her.
"What!? Spit it out."
I commanded, my morning anger taking over.
She grinned at me .

"Hi."

She waved innocently and fluttered out of the door.
I heard her break into a sprint outside in the corridor, her surpression of laughter failing badly.fl
Her giggles filled the room even though she wasn't there.

I sighed and grabbed at the blanket.
I felt my hands wrap around thin air and my eyes popped open.

"I GOT YOUR BLANKET!"

"Let's go horror house!!" Kkamjong suggested.

"Yeah!Yeah!" Kris ushered him,"Leggo haunted house!Girls, you agree?" He asked, giving us a glare saying 'you don't agree then you will die'—glare. We love haunted houses, Mira and I, Gabrielle and ummmmm

"It's "Lets go", not "Leggo"...." I corrected.

"WHATEVER....It'll end up being edited anyways...."

Jae Song groaned and laid her head on the table. She fiddled with her pencil while whistling a tune. I sighed and continued to edit another draft of Jae Song's story, it has so many errors it should be in the Guiness World Records. The tapping sounds of the keyboard lulled me back into a calm mind state.

Ring.... Ring.....

I picked my phone up and balanced it on my shoulder, "Hello?" I said into the receiver.

"Sorry for bothering you Ceri, .... Could you come down to the dungeons to— "

*BOOM*

A ear-splitting crash resounded through the hallways, making the walls shake and shudder frightfully. Jae Song whimpered and covered her ears. Mira returned to the phone and replied softly.

"You know what.... Nevermind...."

I sighed for a second time and replied calmly, " I'll be down stairs in 5. Don't do anything Mira."

A soft "okay" came back and I ended the call.

I asked Jae to cover for me and left the study to get the cleaning supplies. What a nice day.
