I can't sleep man. I got to tell her how I feel! It's not like we'll see each other again, but her knowing how I feel would make me feel complete. I just have to tell her. So, I quietly got out of the cabin and made my way toward her cabin. I picked the door lock and opened the door silently. I opened the closest door to me and it wasn't her room. It was Hannah Montana-wanna-be's. I closed the door gently and I turned around to see Katherine.
"What are you doing here?" She asked me curiously.
"I want to tell you something. Let's go outside." I held out my hand and she took it.
We sat on the porch and stayed quiet for a few moments.
"So...what did you want to tell me?" She asked.
"I wanted you to know that, I like you."
"Jacob that's so sweet and brave of you, but I love Alex. I'm just too shy to tell him." She said while she hugged me.
"Really? I thought you were a confident and brave person." I said and she laughed.
"Tell to you what, give me your number and I'll call you. We can still be friends." She said and kissed my cheek.
"Alright..." I said and kissed her forehead.
