You Are All I Need

When Best friends met

After around 45 mins of drive they reached Marine Drive and actually the weather was very very pleasant. Cool breeze was blowing softly making it a really romantic one.

Girls reached there and started to roam about . Meanwhile Mukti took her cell out and typed a message.

The three of them started to enjoy. Talking laughing clicking selfies and eating ice creams.

They were sitting on the rocks where Navya was facing Mukti and Nandini when she suddenly heard a voice that made her shiver.

"Nandu" Nandini heard her name and turned towards the direction of that voice slowly not knowing what to pray, whether to prove her right or wrong. She turned completely only to find the biggest surprise or rather shock of the day or may be her life.

She found a person standing right behind her looking straight into her eyes. She knew those eyes. She knew to read them ; she knew what they wanted to say. Those eyes were of a person she trusted the most in her life. The person she was the most happy with . The person who hurted her twice yet she never blamed him for anything.

"TUM" Nandini replied shockingly and with anger in her voice.

She then turned towards her friends only to find them hiding their smiles but also a bit worried.

The person moved forward and hugged Nandini.. She was stunned and shocked.

Not that they never hugged before but because she never thought they will ever hug each other in this life again.

Her face on his shoulder and after few seconds she closed her eyes. Only she could knew how badly she needed that hug during many events in those 7 months ; the care , the affection ; she missed it like hell.

Though her eyes were closed but still they had tears. She did not responded to the hug and was standing straight.

After few more seconds she composed herself and the hug was broken .

When the person came out of the hug he saw pale and straight face of her which showed no sign of joy after seeing him but rather pain which was given by him and that he knew very well.

"How are you?" Was the first question to be asked by that person.

Without even taking a second she responded in a very cold tone.

"None of your business anymore Mr. Manik Malhotra. And by the way what are you doing here.? Kuch bacha hai Kya.?" Nandini asked angrily but in a low tone as there were people around.

" I wanted to meet you and talk to you" replied Manik in a low tone looking at her.

"Why.? What's left now.? Haven't you had enough.? Abhi Aur insult Aur humiliation baaki hai.? Jitna kiya tha wo kaafi nahi tha Kya jo ab phir se tumhe baat karni hai. Aur baat krne se pehle just tell me do you have the permission of talking to me ? Because I am not in any mood and state to take an allegation all over again ." Nandini replied very angrily and very rudely.

Manik just smiled and looked in another direction. He knew she was hurt ; hurt because of him and this reaction was excepted from her .

Seeing the rising temperature of the moment Mukti came for Manik's rescue.

"Nandini ek baar baat to Karlo usee" . Mukti pleaded her.

Nandini gave her a shocking look and replied "Mukti; of everyone tum iski side le Rahi ho..?? Tum.?you hated him the most. Aur ab tum iski side le Rahi ho..? Seriously ..??

"I am not taking his side it's just I know after what happened you always wanted to meet him for once and had this conversation .! It is for your happiness. I like him or hate him dats not the point ; point ye hai ki you always wanted this. This is for your happiness . Tumhe bhi to mera Aur Harshad ka relation Pasand nahi but for my happiness you agree to it. Ye tumhari khushi ke liye hai bas" Mukti very calmly tried to make Nandini understand her point .

Nandini was looking at Mukti but did not say anything. She knew Mukti was right. Although she was not angry with Manik but seeing him all of a sudden in front of him made her recall the days when it all happened and all she could react was with her anger as she did not wanted him to know the actual feeling .

Nandini was looking at Mukti and Mukti pleaded with her eyes. She then looked at Navya who smiled and nodded her head signalling a yes.

She turned to see Manik's face and saw him looking at her only with a pale face.

Mukti looked at Nandini and understood she is now willing to talk and left that place with Navya.

Nandini was looking at both of them for few mins while they were walking out of the place .

She then turned her face to look at Manik and had an eye lock with him which she broke within few seconds as it could make her loose her control over emotions.

She turned her face in one direction and was looking straight in that one direction only.

She folded her arms across her chest and after a min of silence said ; " you should have called me directly if you wanted to talk. There was no need to drag Mukti into this ." She said in a tone without any feeling ; not even anger.

" I tried but you have changed your number; so I had no other option" He replied to her very calmly because he knew any stupid statement made by him will raise her temper as he knew very well that she gets angry really soon.

Despite of knowing this he said something which was enough for her temper to rise.

" you changed your number because of me na..?? "

Listening to this she gave a deadly look at him but did not say anything as he was right.

He was the only reason that she changed her number. And not only number she just wished to leave that city infact that country and start a new fresh life but was helpless because of her family.

If things would have been in her hand she would have left that city 7 months before only.

After giving that deadly look at him and clenching her teeths for few mins she rolled her eyes away and looked in that same direction in which she was looking earlier.

She did not say a word on that statement made by Manik. He himself was a bit surprised from her silence.

She was standing looking lostly in one direction folding her arms across her chest and he too stood there in the same position but looking at her face.

She could see from the corner of her eye that he was constantly looking at her without uttering a single word.

After this minutes of silence she decided to break the silence "Bolo jo bolna hai I have to go home also".
