Why? A free verse poem.
Why can't I cry?
Why am I alive?
How come I haven't given up?
Why does the idea of death not scare me?
Why is it that the only person I fear, is myself?
Why can't I comprehend what's happening around me?
Why does my heart keep breaking?
Why does love scare me?
Is it opening up to someone?
Is it being scared of having my heart ripped out?
Or, is it because I don't think that I'm capable of being loved..?
