Chapter 1

3RD POV
You were meditating in the middle of the pond that was in the garden in the back of the Xiao's Manor, it's been 7 years since you made a contract with May and Yao. You took a deep breath and kept meditating "RAWR?!" You jumped and went down into the water, May was laughing her ass off after she made you jump. You looked up from the water and can hear May laughing so you had a plan of revenge 'So she thinks she can sneak up on me eh....we'll see about that' you thought as you shifted into a small water dragon and started to make your way up to the surface.

May stopped laughing and started to look for you in the water "(M/n)?.....(M/n)!..........(M/N)?!" May started to look for you frantically then you waited in the water and shot out of the water with a mighty roar scaring May making her scream and run back into the Manor. You shifted back into your human form and chuckle "She's easily deceive" you said walking back into the Manor, you noticed that your only long bang was in your face so you pushed to the side but it went back into your face making you narrow your eyes. You sighed and continue to walk inside the Manor only to be greeted by Grell sitting in a chair "Bassy! What a surprise!!" Grell said running towards you and you stepped to the side letting Grell crash into the wall, you sighed and kept walking leaving Grell alone kissing the wall.

You walked to the door and opened it to see a letter that had a stamp, it was the Queens stamp. Your mind was thinking but you closed the door once you got the letter, you quickly went up the stairs not caring for Grell's calls for you with that nickname your name doesn't even match to it. You walked down the hallway to May's study where she and Yao usually play games, you knocked on the door and heard a 'Come in' making you open the door to see Yao dressed in a panda costume and May smiling widely ".........I'm not going to ask why" you said looking at Yao, who was shifting around in the costume "What's in your hand (M/n)?" May asked looking at the letter in your hand "It's from the Queen-" "THE QUEEN?!" Both Yao and May shouted cutting you off.

You sighed and nodded "Yes..... It's from the Queen.....you have a case with the Queens Guard Dog" you said handing the letter to May and she started to read it out loud:

Dear My Little Dragon
I am very worry about my people for there is a mask killer who goes by the name Killer Spree, I need you and my Guard Dog to investigate together. I hope you do me well my dragon. Oh! One more thing, you are invited to a ball that will be held at the palace tonight. I'm sorry that you didn't get this letter soon but I'll see you tonight and dress in your finest attire and bring a mask by the way.

May looked up from the letter and looked outside to see that it was almost night "(M/n)....lets get dress, Yao you too" May said smirking grabbing both Yao and your hands then pulled the both of you towards her room where she likes to dress you and Yao up. Once you arrived in her room, May started to throw outfits at you and Yao but she saw one outfit that looks perfect for you "Here! (M/n), try this on!" May said holding the outfit in front of you and it look like this:

You gladly took the outfit and looked at it then nodded before going into May's bathroom to change. As you were changing May looked at Yao holding an outfit for him "Here you go Yao.....try it on" May said handing Yao, who took the outfit and it looks like this:

"Can you help me with it, May?" Yao asked and May nodded then started to help Yao out of his shirt and shorts then into the outfit. You came out of the bathroom, fixing your sleeves "(M/n)! You look handsome!" May said as she finished helping Yao get dress and she picked her outfit which is this:

You looked at May as she went into the bathroom to change "Wow (M/n)! You do look handsome! Do I look handsome?" Yao asked making you chuckle and nodded then May came back out fully dressed. May looked at you and nodded "Let's get the coach (M/n) and we'll be on our way" May said walking out of her room with Yao and you following behind them.
