I kicked the door of the hospital entrance open, holding (name) safely in my arms. I'm not going to lose you too...not when I already suffered from loss so much.

"This is an emergency!!! Her heartbeat is lower than the normal level and she has an abnormally high fever! She needs to be treated immediately!!!" I yelled.

"Sir...we are currently tending to another emergency. You may need to wait-"

"There isn't any time to waste!!! Her life will be lost!!!" I argued, starting to get worried. She is getting weaker and weaker by the moment...and they tell me to wait? She'll die faster that way!!!

"S-Sosuke..." She uttered, clutching onto my clothes. "...p-please hurry..."

She coughed out some blood, her grip on my shirt tightening as she did so. I have to hurry...

"If you're not going to cooperate...I'll be doing it myself."

I lay her down on a hospital bed, and wheeled her towards an empty room, running as fast as I can. She already means so much to me. Losing her will only make everything far worse than before.

"Sir! What are you doing?! You can't do that!!! You're not a licensed doctor!!!" The nurse yelled, running after me.

I ignored her and went in the emergency room, looking for an IV. "...Leave it t-to them, S-Sosuke...you don't have to do this." She muttered weakly, shakily taking my hand.

I gave her a reassuring smile and placed my hand on top of hers. "Don't you worry. I can handle this myself. Just stay with me."

Some nurses and a doctor entered. "Sir, stop that or we may have to call the police! You are not allowed to work on a patient without-"

I released my reiatsu, pushing them all out of the room. I locked the doors shut, and sealed it with Bakudo #4: Hainawa.

"T-They're only humans-"

"(Name). Don't waste your energy talking." I said, taking out medicine for fever in a small white cabinet on the wall.

"But that's just completely wrong-"

She started coughing out blood again, staining the sheets. I told you...don't risk your life in exchange for a few words."

I dipped a towel in cool water and placed it on top of her head. I found an IV bag lying down on a cart and took it.

I took a scalpel and exhaled. I wouldn't like to hurt her. But she needs it in order to stay alive. There is no other option.

"Will it hurt really bad?" She whispered, fear visible in her voice. She's like a fragile child right now. She looked like she'll break down the moment I cut her.

I sterilized the blade and her skin. "Just for a little while. You can hold my hand if you'd like, so you'll at least have a little comfort."

She entwined her fingers with mine, her grip tight. It's okay...I'm right here. Whatever pain you're going through...I'll stay with you.
