"Jakey?" Sarai asked as she stepped in Jake's room.

"Hmmm." He replied.

"Sarai's here!" The Queen ambushed into Jake's room. Sarai hid on the balcony. The Queen groaned in dissatisfaction.

"Here." Jake started, "Have this instead." Jake sent a gust of strong air at the Queen which forced her out the door. Then, he slammed the door on her face. Jake grinned mischievously.

"Jakey, how'd you do that?" Sarai was amazed.

"Remember what I told you?" Jake asked Sarai.

"That we were the children of a Mage?" Sarai said, unsure. Jake nodded.

"You know what a Mage is, correct?" Sarai nodded.

"Good." Jake said.

"Sarai, you should go back. I'm going to be taken away, but you'll see me again one day." Jake never told Sarai to go away. Jake smiled sadly at Sarai.

"What do you mean, Jakey?" Sarai asked.

Jake looked away. "If you don't go back to your room now, I'll never be able to let you go." Sarai hesitated, but she left. Jake looked at his balcony. The drapes flowing in the wind, he walked over to it, winced at his thoughts, and closed his balcony door.
