When I was little my parents tried to con me into believing that chips were made out of potato. At that time, I knew better than that. How could a horrible looking vegetable become something of utter deliciousness?
But as I got older I realised that yes, chips were made out of potatoes. But not only that, potato was absolutely by far the best vegetable in the world.
In every form potato is delicious.
Mashed, fried, deep fried, barbecued, cooked in the oven, mashed with cheese sprinkled on top. And not only normal potato, oh no, sweet potato too.
The best form of sweet potato would probably have to be mashed with cinnamon sprinkled on top. If you can find a lone star (I doubt it they're very hard to find these days) they make it with steak and other meals.
