*Vic*
I was sitting in the living room of my apartment when my phone rang. I looked at it and it was an unknown number. I answered it anyways.
"Is this a Mr. Vic Fuentes?"
The caller asks.
"Yes, this is he. May I ask who this is calling?"
I ask.
"This is San Diego Memorial Hospital (random name). We have a patient under over care named (Y/N) who had you listed as their emergency contact."
My heart immediately skipped a beat.
    "Is (Y/N) okay?"
I asked, desperately wanting to know what was wrong with my girlfriend.
"Im sorry sir, I'm not allowed to give out any information over the phone. I'm just authorized to call you if the patient comes in and is admitted."
The caller says.
"I'll be there as soon as I can."
I choke out.
    "Alright."
The caller says.
With that the phone call ends. I rush to pull on my vans and make my way to my car. I crank and sped to the hospital. It's amazing that I didn't get pulled over. I park and get out, locking the doors behind me. I rush inside, and to the front desk. I come to a stop, panting. The nurse at the front desk looks up at me.
"What can I do to help you?"
She asks.
"I need to know what room (Y/F/N) is in."
I rush out.
"I'm sorry sir, I can't release that information unless you are family."
She says.
"I'm her boyfriend, and I'm the only person she has in this state. Please, you have to let me see her."
I plead.
She sighs and begins typing something into her computer.
"ICU room 54. The doctors there will update you on what all happened."
She says.
I nodd and run to the elevator. I hit the button for the ICU and waited for the doors to open, tapping my foot. The doors opened, and I rushed out. I finally found room 54 and took a deep breath. Before I could walk inside, a doctor stepped out.
    "How is she?"
I asked.
"Well, it appears that ms. (Y/L/N) is in a coma. It is undetermined when she will wake up at this time."
He says.
Tears immediately flood my eyes and I nodd.
    "Do you know what happened?"
I asked.
"She was in a serve car accident. It was a head-on collousion with a drunk driver. The other driver didn't make it."
He says.
I nodd. I felt numb. I couldn't believe that my beautiful girlfriend was on the edge of possibly dying.
"Can I call in some of our friends to see her. You know, just in case she doesn't wake up?"
I ask.
  He nodds.
"I think that it would be the best thing to do. Just try to explain everything to them, and have them say their goodbyes. Just in case."
He says.
I nodd. He then walks away when his name is called. I take a deep breath and pull out my phone. I compose a group message to all of mine and (Y/N)'s friends.
'Hey can you guys come down to the San Diego Memorial Hospital. I need to talk to you guys, it is really important.'
The all replied they were coming. Within a few minutes Tony, Mike, and Jaime had all shown up with their girlfriends who were (Y/N)'s friends as well. Tony seemed to notice the look on my face.
    "What's up Vic?"
He asked.
I take a deep shaky breath.
"There's been an accident. (Y/N), has fallen into a coma. She was in a head-on collousion with a drunk driver earlier today. They told me it would be a good idea to call you guys in to say your goodbyes and stuff just in case."
I say.
Everyone immediately starts to cry. I bit my lip as tears rolled down my cheek.

*one month later*
    "Darling you'll be okay."
I whispered to (Y/N) as I held onto her hand.
The doctors said they were only giving her a few more days on life support. I gasped when I felt a squeeze on my hand.
"That's it, baby. You can to do it."
I say, as (Y/N) tried to open her eyes.
Finally her (Y/E/C) eyes opened to meet mine. I smiled and kissed her forehead.
"Thank you for coming back to me."
I whisper.
