Julian's POV

When I told avail about the papers I knew it was wrong but it hurt me so much not to see her happy. I love her so much I need her and the kids to be happy and I'm not giving them that. I was currently on the plain going to new York and I had grabbed my laptop out and started looking threw pictures. A very old picture of me and here showed up when we met on tour. I can't leave her I need her and she needs me I can't do this.

Avail POV

I woke up in my old room and right away knew I was a the vacation house. "Mommy" Liz said next to me. "Yes baby girl " I said and she started to cry. "I miss daddy " she said and it was hurting my heart I can't be away from him. "I miss him to baby" I said and she looked at the wall. "Is this your old room " she asked and I nodded my head. "This is where me and your daddy layed before we got our house and this is where I stay when I first moved out here from grandmas. " I said smiling thinking about everything. "You want to go home " I asked and she nodded her head. "Let's go find your brothers " I said and we walked down stairs and Hayes was feeding Mason while Julian was watching TV. "Hey baby" I said and kiss Julian's forehead and he turned around quick. He got up and hugged me tight. "I thought I had lost you mom" he said crying "no baby boy I'm not going any where ever" I said hugging him. "You promise" he said looking at me. "I promise" I said and hugged him and saw Hayes smiling. "Who's here" I asked Hayes standing up and taking the baby and he was smiling. "No on but us" he said and I nodded my head. "Why did y'all bring me here " I asked him. "We didn't know if you want to be at the house with everything that's happening and I was going to bring y'all to my apartment but its small and Zan is there and everything. *why wouldn't I want to go home I just want to lay in my bed with the kids and eat ice cream and watch inside out or something " I said laughing a bit. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't know and yeah that sounds like fun. " he said giving me a slight smile. "Mom I was talking to uncle Hayes and he said he wants to teach me football " Julian said smiling and Hayes threw up his hand." I'm not guilty "he said laughing. " I thought you wanted to do baseball or soccer "I said laughing. " I never really liked baseball I only did it to make dad happy I like football you can tackle people "he said smiling. " I swear to god Hayes Grier what did you do to my kid "I said laughing and they both smiled. " okay kids let's load up my car so we can get y'all home "Hayes said and I smiled. " thank you Hayes really for everything "I said and I heard ringing. I looked and saw my phone I looked and it was a text.

" y'all ready "I said laughing and the kids smiled. " I want to go home and play with my dolls "Liz sang as we walked out. " she's so much like you its so cute "Hayes said smiling at me. " yup she has her mama attitude sometimes I feel bad for y'all because y'all put up with it "I said laughing. " yeah we just gave you ice cream and everything was good. "He said laughing. " I can't wait to get home and eat me some ice cream "I said in a wired voice and the kids were laughing. " maybe tomorrow we can go shopping "Hayes said and Liz fast lit up. " yeah to the mall"she said smiling really big. "We will see" I said laughing. "Fine" she said and rolled her eyes. "When mom said well she its a no" Julian said. "No its not Julian your suppose to be on my side " I said laughing. "Julian's never are" Hayes said ams it is his arm. We were driving to the house and I opened my phone and it was Julian and the kids. I sighed and the baby was laughing. "What are you laughing " I said playing with his hands. The car stopped and the house just felt empty. I know why they didn't bring me now. "Hayes can you help get them down " I asked him. "You okay " he asked placing his hand on mine. "Yeah I'm fine" I said and gave him a slight smile. It use to be so hard for me to stay strong and happy and i would been broken down already but I have kids and it doesn't work like that. I got my key and open the door and my chest started to hurt. I started to see pictures of me and Julian and I started to take all of them down. Its hurts to much to look at him. I didn't notice what I was doing and broke a glass "Avail calm down " Hayes said and started to pick the glass up. "Kids go up stairs" I said and the went. "I can't be with out him Hayes its so hard to stay strong but i have stay Strong for the kids but I just want to cuddle with him and have him hold me but I can't " I said now crying in Hayes arms. "I can help you feel better it might not feel the same but I can help" Hayes said and I was currently on the couch sitting in his lap while I cried. "Hayes he might be sending me those papers but Im still married I'm sorry " I said and Hayes was confused. "Its okay avail" he said. "I'm going to get the broom and pick this up and then go" he said and this was making me feel worst. Ugh u can't do anything write. I just nodded my head and went upstairs to find the kids all snuggled and Julian was giving Mason his bottle and Liz was in Julian shirt. "Where did you get that" I asked her and she pointed to the closet. I open it and saw he left some shirt and they had notes. "I wanted to leave these for you" it says and I smiled and grabbed his hoodie and threw it on and layed with the kids and watched inside out
