Chapter 13: Heartfelt Ties

 The two figures that had smashed into Kairi's home were a young girl and an unrecognisable Blizz. Eve stood ready against the intruders.

Blizz was wearing a red jumper, although backwards and pair of black jogging bottoms with a pants leg missing. He also wasn't wearing shoes, just socks. The girl was petite and looked around twelve with, chin-length, short blonde hair. She was only wearing a long white dress, almost, down to her feet.

Blizz was looking round "whoa...what a fancy place indeed" he then saw Eve "oh Eve...there you are. It's good to see you again. Let's go get an ice cream" the girl kicked his shin

"Blizz you idiot. We're here on a mission not for a play date" Blizz looked clueless but then perked up

"oh yeah...we're here to get the brat, Eve...and a Kinsley girl?" Eve looked nervous "but who's the brat and the Kinsley girl?" the girl sighed

"We're are here to take the boy there" pointing at Tema "then Eve...and if we can help it the girl there" pointing at Kairi "Eve...we're taking you and him back. Whether you like or not."

Eve stretched out her arm and produced a large brown handled hammer "Blizz...Noa I'm not going with you. And I won't let you hurt my friends" Tema felt quite happy while Noa looked astonished

"you're calling these humans your friends? Did you hurt your head or something?"

"Our Boss doesn't care for us. And the only people who have even being nice to me is Rafiel and Tema" Noa shrugged her arms

"I'm sorry you feel that way" Noa then began to fall forward "but you're all coming with us" but as Noa landed...paws were replaced with hands.

What once was a girl, was a female lion stood in her place. The lion had a feel of authenticity but an artificial look. The eyes remained human, the teeth looked like smooth drills, the fur looked more like it had been painted on and the claws looked more like black curved knifes. Only the tail and nose looked really genuine. From a distance you'd think it was a real lion.

 Everyone, including Blizz but not Eve, were surprised by Noa's transformation. Tema was in awe "did...she just turn into...a lion?" Blizz was anxiously looking round

"Noa...Noa where are you?" the lioness whipped Blizz, on the rear, with her tail

"it's me you ingrate" said Noa's voice from the lioness' lips "I can change form remember" Blizz rubbed his bottom and nodded "now simply knock them out and we take them back"

"Okay's that simple" Noa prepared to pounce and Blizz began swinging his arm. Eve quickly reacted

"Everyone move back!" she smashed through the table with her hammer, and as it struck the floor a wall of earth pillars rose up.

They could hear sounds from the other side. Tema shrugged off the surprise "right come on, everyone out now!" Tema ran to the door and ushered Arthur and Kairi "come let's go. Eve let's go" Eve nodded and ran to them. But then the pillars turned to ice and shattered

"you're not getting away" the group were hurriedly running down the stairs "Blizz freeze the door" Blizz thrust his hand out and shot an icy wind, which instantly froze the front door. Noa then pounced "your mine" Eve then swung her hammer striking Noa and sending her back upstairs.

Arthur was running down the hallway "everyone quick to the back garden" at this point Blizz had thrown a large ice spear down the stairs. Tema quickly grabbed Eve and pulled out the way
