This is the story of sixteen-year-old Alexis Krasikeva Hale. Even though she lost her mother Paige Krasikeva at the age of two she and her father Derek Hale continue to face another day in the world of the supernatural.
It's now been 6 years since...
Alex's POV "I'm just saying we need a new plan cause one of us is going to be to hurt to heal," Dad said
"Ugh I get it, we can't save Jackson," Scott said
"We can't seem to kill him either," I said
"I've seen a lot of things Scott but I've never seen anything like this." My dad said
"And the full moon is just going to make him stronger." He said
"But how do we stop him?" Scott asked
"I don't know." My dad said
"I don't even know if we can." He said
"Maybe we should just let the Argents handle it," Scott suggested
"I'm the one who turned him, it's my fault." My dad said
"No it's not, I mean this happened because of something in his past right," I said
"That's a legend in a book it's not that simple." He said
"What do you mean what are you not telling me?" Scott asked
"Why do you think I'm always keeping something from you?" He asked
"Cause you always are keeping something from me," Scott said
"Maybe I do it to protect you...both of you." He said
"Doesn't being part of your pack mean no more secrets," Scott said
"Go home Scott, sleep, heal." My dad said
"Make sure your friends are safe cause a full moon is coming and with the way things are going I've got a feeling it's going to be a rough one." He said
I walked Scott to the door and I knew he wanted to talk. Now that the full moon is tonight my wolf just really needed to be with Scott.
"Alex, can we talk?" He asked
"About?" I asked
"Well us, I know that it will take a while before you'll gain my trust but-
"Just shut up and kiss me," I said as I leaned in to kiss him with his arms around my waist.

"I love you." He said kissing me once more before leaving
Just I turned around to see my dad with his arms crossed.
"You saw that?" I asked
"Yeah." He said
"What the full moon is coming I can't control it," I said
"I just don't want you getting hurt, Alex." He said
"I won't dad, I can take care of myself you know," I said
"I know you can." He smiled and he doesn't do that often
