"Chapter 54~I Will Always Be there for You."

Alex's POV
After the other night events, I locked myself in my room. More assassin are showing up in Beacon Hills. I asked Scott about the next list and he said I wasn't on it, which made zero sense to me.

I filled him in on what happened when I went missing and told me that while I was gone Kate was able to turn my dad back into himself, it's good that I wasn't there cause that would involve a lot of explaining.

My dad has been by the loft a few times to make sure I was okay then left.

I haven't told any them about Chase, maybe cause it hurts too much.

The others were taking their testing so I wouldn't be able to talk to them till they finished.

I trained most of the day to get my mind off things. I got a text from Scott saying that there's some kind of virus at the school causing kids to get sick even them.

They were in the Hale Vault and I wanted to help but that would end up with me getting sick.

I couldn't put myself in more danger, my dad would flip. I could feel Scott's pain increasing by the hour.

By nightfall things subsided, I went to go see Scott not caring about the stares from people.

I ran over and hugged Scott, "You scared me." I said

"That's a first." He said smiling a little

"Is everyone okay?" I asked

"Yeah, I guess but I have to tell you something." He said

"What?" I asked

"I've been keeping something from you and before you beat me up let me finish." He said

"You're the first person on the deadpool list and well your worth 40," Scott said looking down

"Thousand?" I said

"Million." He said

"And um you're kinda related to Malia, she's Peter daughter," Scott said

This was too much, first, he lied to me and then he kept me and Malia being relatives a secret?!

"Alex-

"Don't...I get that you're trying to protect me Scott but you have to trust me." I said

"I trust you I just can't lose you, after what happened to Allison I can't lose someone important to me especially you." He said

"You forgive me?" He asked

"Only because if I don't you'll just keep bugging me till I do," I said as he brought me into a kiss.

"I promise I'm not going anywhere," I said

"I'd appreciate that." He chuckled.

"No more secrets either," I said

"Deal." He said

We went to the loft, and we had a full-blown make-out session.

My dad said that he wasn't going to be home till tomorrow so that meant I have the whole night with the best mate in the world.

Even though I lost my very first beta the other day being with Scott helps the pain go away and knowing that he's not going anywhere makes everything so much better.
