"Chapter 51~The Benefactor."

Alex's POV
The next day I woke up to my phone going off.

"Hello," I said

"How's my little wolf been doing?" I heard Dylan's voice

"First off I'm not yours and second what do you want," I growled

"You of course but-

But then I heard screaming before a new voice came to the phone.

"Don't worry Alex you and Derek are next." The anonymous person said before the phone went dead

"Great just when I thought I got rid of I problem another one arises," I said before getting up to check on Chase

Just as I walked into his room, I soon regretted it to see him without clothes on.

I immediately covered my eyes, "Sorry Chase probably should have knocked." I said

"It's fine you can look now." He said

"So am I really going to turn into a werewolf?" He asked

"Yeah, I'm sorry that I did this I-

"Alex right, it's fine you saved my life you don't have to say sorry." He said

He was taking this a lot better than I thought.

Just as I was about to ask him something I heard Peter screaming in pain.

I ran downstairs with Chase behind me to see Peter and my dad.

"How does a guy with no mouth say anything?" My dad asks

"With this," Peter says holding up a glove with a keyboard on it.

Later that day I was trying to fill Chase in on everything and I could tell that this was too much.

"Hey, it's okay I'm going to be here with you during the full moon okay." I said

He looked up and I could tell he was relieved. I gave him a small smile before my phone went off.

"Hey, Scott," I said

"Hey, how are you and Chase doing?" He asked

"We're fine I guess I'm about to chain him up," I said

"Oh okay we're here at Lydia's just got Liam here call me if anything happens, I love you." He said

"I will brown eyes, love you too," I said before hanging up

I could tell that Chase was feeling the effects of the full moon already so I chained him up downstairs.

I knew that I would be by myself while my dad tries and figures out who this person is who stabbed Peter with a tomahawk.

"H-How do you control it." He said as his eyes flashed yellow

"Chase looks at me, you find an anchor something that will push back your animal side," I said

He roared at me before the chains snapped and slashed my arms.

"Chase!" I yelled in my alpha voice causing him to back down

"I-I'm s-sorry." He said backing away

"It's okay just focus on me alright," I said

He nodded, I wasn't sure what his anchor was going to be he's lost so much.

After a while he calmed down, "I think you found your anchor." I said

"My sister." He said

"You're going to be okay Chase," I said reassuring him

"You think you'll be okay here while I go check on a few things," I said

"Yeah." He said as I got up but once I was at the door

"Alex?" He said

I turned around to look at him, "Thanks for everything." He said

"Anytime," I said smiling before heading to Lydia's place.

Scott texted saying that he was at the lake house with Liam. I went around the back just as Scott and Kira sitting down

"Hey," I said sitting in the middle

"Alex? What about Chase is he okay?" Scott asked

"He's fine, he actually found his anchor," I said

"Alex your arm," Kira said noticing that it was still bleeding

"I'm fine I'll heal," I said

"Just wanted to make sure you guys were okay," I said

It was silent for a while, I decided to head back to the loft.

"Hey, Chase I'm back," I said but saw him sleeping on the couch

I smiled before going upstairs to change but saw that my arm hasn't healed.

"It's probably cause I'm tired," I said to myself

I got a text from my dad saying that the guy that attacked Peter was called the Benefactor and they tracked him to the school.

Of course, that wasn't an invitation for me to go while they hunt down a serial killer, Scott, on the other hand, had his hands tied with Liam.

And me well besides the fact that my arm won't start healing worries me by the second.

I decided to wrap it up so it doesn't get infected.

So much was going on with Scott my dad everyone I wish I could help but I promised that I would be here for him till the sun came up and that's what I was going to do.

I was sitting on the floor in front of the couch just in case something happened, eventually, I let the heaviness of my eyes get the best of me.

Things are going to get worse from here, I could feel it.

A lot worse....
