How to Lucid Dream: The FILD Technique

 Hello! Today I will be teaching you the FILD technique! Guess what? This technique is the easiest and MOST effective! I hope this technique works, but don't worry, there are plenty others! ;D

 Here are the beginning steps of how to do the FILD technique!

1.  Set an alarm 4-5 hours past your curfew.

2. Simply go to sleep.

(Alarm will go off.)

(You will be VERY tired, about to fall back asleep.)

3. Lay on your back.

4. Gently tap your index and middle finger on your bed. (Just so your muscles flex a little bit)

5. Slow down after awhile and those 4 fingers should be kind of stiff.

6. Hold your nose.

7.If you can breathe in you are in a lucid dream, if not however, you are in reality.

8. HAVE FUN!

(REMEMBER! DO NOT GET TOO EXCITED DURING YOUR DREAMS!)
