How to Lucid Dream: The MILD Technique

 Hello! Today I will be telling you how to do the MILD technique. MILD= 'Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dreaming'. I hope this technique helps you have a lucid dream, and if not do not fear, other techniques are here! I don't know anymore but anyways, I really do hope this helps you! This is also another easy to do one like the FILD (Finger Induced Lucid Dreaming) technique. Good luck!

Here are the beginning steps to the MILD technique!

1. Lay in bed. (As usual.)

2. Repeat a phrase in your head suggesting you will remember your dreams.

3. Do this until you fall asleep.

4. You should remember your dreams in the morning.

5. Write the dream in your dream journal.

6. Your dream journal should help you remember what a dream is like and how it is. 

7. You should recognize you are dreaming after your conscious gets a hang of what it is.

8. HAVE FUN!
