Hello everyone! It's been so long since I've written a chapter for you guys and today I've decided to come back with another lucid dreaming technique. I'd like to thank GizEdwards a lovely Youtuber who has inspired me to write this.
You're probably curious to what the DILD technique is, so I'm going to teach you.
DILD - Dream Induced Lucid Dreaming
I know, at first I was like, "Well how am I going to convince myself to lucid dream IN MY DREAM?"

  I'll tell you ;)

Step 1: There is no step one, luckily. First off, this is one of the easiest techniques out there. I've definitely mentioned it before in previous chapters but didn't have a name for it. (Also, I kind of found out the WILD technique is for beginners too!)
So here, here it is. You'll want to start this technique by maybe meditating to relax yourself or of course constantly doing reality checks throughout your day. DILD is a technique enhanced by realizing odd things in your dreams such as you having fourteen fingers on your left hand and three legs.
You can also realize your dreaming by noticing your emotions in your dream, our most memorable dreams are the ones we feel the strongest emotions in, whether it be anger, sadness or excitement. As you continue to do reality checks, try and notice odd things in your dreams, write it down in your dream journal.
Writing it down and reading it every morning or night will help you to easily recognize these things in your dreams and become aware that you are dreaming (become lucid).
