Wake Back to Bed: How to

Hello my fabulous readers out there! Today I will be explaining to you how to use the WBB technique, the Wake Back to Bed one.

Step one, relax and just simply fall asleep in your bed, after setting an alarm for 3-5 hours later.

Step two, once you wake up, write down any dreams you might have had during your sleep in your dream journal.

After step two, stay up for 50-60 minutes, focusing your mind of lucid dreaming, a book of it, a video on it and articles, my book 😉

  After that, lay down and go back to sleep, if you cannot, try the next day or just lay there doing the MILD technique.
  During your dreams, you should be able to take in dream 'hints' and you may be able to achieve lucidity, and always remember my children, never get too bored or excited for you will wake up from this amazing experience..
