Hello my lovely readers! I have brought to you another chapter which includes two techniques, love it and if you hate it please tell me so I can go die in a hole. I'm just kidding, criticize freely so I can improve my work please!

First off we have lights:

Purchase a dream light which you can purchase I think on amazon and maybe even on Ebay.
Set it for 4.5-6 hours later in the night so the light is close to your eyes during REM sleep. This light helps induce lucid dreaming. Hope this works for you!

Then we have meditation:

First you should turn off all lights and burn some candles, normal or relaxing meditation ritual and sit traditionally. Think about happiness and calmness or don't think about anything, if a thought passes, don't stress or worry about just let it sit or pass on. This can help you relax and remember what dreams are as you enter R.E.M. Sleep.
