Monday came around faster than it should have.
Before I knew it I was back in school.
I walked into my dull high school, sulking at the thought of seeing Kevin.
He's honestly making bipolar.
One second I'm adoring him and admiring his attractive looks and good kissing skills and the next I hate him.
He only is the biggest player in school.
He's practically a Hopeless-Case.
I instantly met up with Aurora who was with Alyssa.
"Hey guys," I instantly said when I approached them.
"What's wrong?" Aurora automatically asked.
"What do you mean?" I questioned.
They exchanged glances.
"What?" I repeat.
"You just seem...different. You didn't talk to us all weekend." she answered.
Maybe because I was too busy avoiding my window, or in simpler terms; avoiding contact with Kevin. I will not fall into his dumb trap.
"Uh...hello?" Alyssa waved her small hand in my face. I blinked a few times and focused on their faces.
"I'm gucci."
"You sure?" Aurora asked.
"Yerp." I repeated.
She shrugged her shoulders just as the bell began to ring.
All through the school day Kevin ignored me.
He kisses me one day, and ignores me the next? What is wrong with him? He's the bipolar one.
Or am I?
Or are we both?
I then left class to go get a drink. I walked down the deserted halls just thinking about my situation.
My wandered brain was too busy to realize I bumped into someone.
"I'm so sorr- oh. Kevin. Hi." I said awkwardly.
"Washpoppin," he looked tired.
"You good?" I questioned him.
"Yeah I just couldn't stop thinking about you all weekend ma."
"Well that explains why you've been ignoring me."
"Listen I'm sorry I really am it's that I-,"
"Sometimes sorry isn't enough. You are so...weird. That's all I gotta say." I rolled my eyes and walked away.
Before I got 2 steps he instantly grabbed my waist and spun me around.
My heart rate quickened and I breathed heavily.
"Are you... scared of me?" he smirked pushing a strand of my curly hair behind my ear.
"No," I blushed. Why is he making me act like this?
He's scary but sweet and attractive and perfect but a jerk and a good kisser and a player.
I placed both of my hands on his chest.
"I gotta get to class, Kevin," I pushed away from him.
He didn't stop me this time though, but I lowkey wanted him to.
My mind scrambled as I walked down the hallway.
I just need to sort things out. Right Bethany? Right, yeah, that's all I gotta do. Clear my mind.
I was still walking down the empty halls but then I saw someone else. Very familiar.
"Bethany?" he asked.
"Devin! Aye I haven't seen you since that awful party. You go here?" I said approaching him.
"Yeah I'm a year older than you," he smiled. He is literally the cutest thing.
"I guess haha," I laughed.
"So you dating that Kevin kid?" he scratched the back of his neck.
"Nah you wild kid 😭," I said laughing.
"Aight bet. He's bad news," he looked extremely serious.
"You wouldn't have to tell me twice," I laughed.
"Haha well see you later babygirl."
"Bet. See you."

Later that night, I lay in bed and just think.
I think about Kevin, I think about Devin, I think about everything.
Soon enough I was knocked tf out.
