i have never met anyone who managed to look so tall, but at all someone who looks so small at the same time. she has the posture of a bird with a broken wing, an origami crane with a paper wing colored black, who is still so willing to take people under her good wing. she's leading them on, of course, letting them get comfortable before they'll come back and break her other wing and capture the one that hid from the rain but found themself in a hurricane. she weeps, and no one hears, but they hear the loud accusation that follows her abuse.
july 16th
based off the reynolds affair with maria reynolds and alexander hamilton, because history demonizies maria reynolds and i think she was a beautiful soul who was horribly misguided and misunderstood, swept up in the lies of love and politics.
