"God doesn't exist," Dan assured me as he wrapped himself in the blanket we had brought.

"Wha-" Connor was cut off by the irritated boy.

"If God exists, why do we have hate and murderers in the world? Does he hate us that much?"

"They're just tests. They're to test our skills and what we do." Connor was ignored by Daniel's hand held up in his face as he drank his beer.

"Stop talking to me- if he was real, he'd be kind enough to find me a date."

"Why, so you can pull a one nighter?" I asked. It sounded rude, but he knew I meant well.

If God was real, would he give me the chance to date this girl beside me?
